1	Are you working out or “working out”. Your acting like you can’t grow ur muscles without going up in weight. As long as ur feeling the muscle,use correct form, and reach mechanical failure in every set, you will grow. You can always add holds, more time on the ecentric, adding more reps, is a better form of progressive overload.
