The facts, in the case I've been referring to are pretty stark. You keep saying "accused" as if he didn't do it. A foreign exchange student saw him fucking her while she was unconscious! He got off on the fact that the charge would "damage his future" is what the judge said. This makes me sick to my stomach. He deserves life and got 1 month.

I understand how horrible accusation of rape is, and that it will ruin someone's life. You realize most of them go unreported? That's a byproduct of our demonization of rape. (More culture for ya) I think women should be prosecuted to the full extent of the charge they accuse someone of. Rather than ruining a man's life th…

I used to think this way, but honestly you need to direct your hatred away from women and towards the government. None of your shortcoming are because of women, it's all your dumb fault. Do something about it, but don't blame women for your shitty life.

You fail to realize what the subcontext of that conversation was...she manipulated you into thinking that she was oblivious. That makes her seem less evil and more understandable. If she didn't know she was doing it then it's a little better, right? You caught her in the act but you didn't catch the 2nd or 3rd act that was happening at that very moment. That is just what I gleaned from your comment. AWALT.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
