There's no risk. But if you can't go to the bathroom safely by yourself that's more of a you issue than an me issue. To take the other side to the extreme - if I go to the bathroom and forget to put the seat up and pee all over it isn't that unsafe because it's now unclean? Isn't it my responsibility to lift it up before I pee? Isn't it exactly the same amount of work to put the seat down before you pee?

I'll give it a go! If the fetus growing in the woman's womb isn't a human being, what is it? A human fetus. Just a part of the woman, though for a short time. When does it suddenly become a human? Just because a child's genetic father isn't around doesn't mean they'll grow up with abandonment issues. I'd say the mother would be just as responsible as father for bringing the child into the world with one parental figure, if she knew well enough in advance that he isn't interested in raising children.
