I was (am) lucky to get amazing customers every now and then, what really kills me though is the constant stupidity and hubris coming from them. You wouldn't believe how utterly retarded some of them are, enough to make me pity them. Actually nevermind, I'm sure you'd believe me.

Been working in call centers (all inbound, aka I didn't call people) for over 6 years now. Let's just say that my opinion of the "general public" isn't very high. And that goes for both Canada and the US, regardless of the state.
