I do think though some of these sources and associated arguments are missing the point I was making by giving the 3 types of sources I did. I was trying to stress the point that you can find research on almost every side right now. 0	I hate that I am circumsised Sexual sensitivity isn't just affected whether you are botched or not either. It's also not as simple as saying sensitivity is lowered in all cases. I admit there may be other causes for loss of sensitivity other than botched procedures. But to infer that it lowers anyone's sensitivity, regardless of a proper procedure, is also inaccurate. I try to be as neutral as possible, stressing that I do not think it's a perfect procedure and everyone should not have it done. That it's something that has pros and cons and should be considered medically not religiously or traditionally. But it still leaves a bad taste I guess for a lot of people. 1	I hate that I am circumsised That's a totally fair opinion, because I do think the rate of circumsision is too high for a decision I'm phrasing as hard to make. The real reason for the high rate isn't a medical understanding of something like phimosis, but actually tradition and religion. Which is ridiculous. Basically, I believe parents should be able to make that decision at a young age as a preventative measure since there can be genuine concerns. -6	I hate that I am circumsised As much as I empathize, I have to argue it's taking it too far to say you should be able to sue for malpractice or consider this genital mutilation. It isn't strictly detrimental health wise. There's pros and cons, so it's a complicated decision. For example, I wasn't circumcized and I had to get circumcized at 16 due to phimosis. It was extremely painful and it took me years to regain sensitivity. Despite this, after those couple years I now have completely normal sensitivity.
