Everything sacchilax said, plus the realization (going from public transportation to car-life) of how driving a car makes you untraceable to your loved ones (or, worst-case scenario, detectives) for large chunks of time. At the same time, owning a car makes it easy for a dedicated predator to keep track of you and select a vulnerable time/place to attack. Some background: I am woman who grew up in LA (land of no public transport). I moved as an adult to places with public transport (New York City area, and Chicago). Then I moved back to LA. Public transportation can have its own set of dangers, but I can’t say I feel safer in a place where you can only get around using cars. He doesn't...he doesn't seem to give a single fuck about the children. The human beings he demanded be brought into the world. He gets in like two sentences about his feelings regarding failing them in this entire self-pitying post. And he only mentions his mother with regard to how she serves him. Wow. This is horrifying. I'm glad I read it, but what a tragedy for the woman and children in this story (I feel less sorry for the mother-in-law who blames the wife).

1) "Irreplaceable" by Beyoncé. HVW kicks her cheating LVM mooch loser out. 2) "Torn" by Natalie Imbruglia. A song about the moment of clarity after you recognize that the man you love(d) is a LVM. She recognizes that she loved a product of her own wishful thinking and fantasy, not the man himself. She's still heartbroken, but this is the beginning of moving on. 3) "U+UR Hand" by P!nk. A HVW calling out some loser fuckboy. Some honorable mentions: 1) "Listen" by Beyonce. What a powerful song abou…
