Getting her to lose the weight?Yeah, she does like her Lifetime movie channel. I could likely at least decrease the amount of TV watching through board games. It’s a good point you’re making though. The TV watching is doing nothing of benefit for anyone, no bonding or memories being created whatsoever | /r/askMRP | 14/01/22 09:09 PM
Getting her to lose the weight?I want to implement this, we spend way too much time watching TV. | /r/askMRP | 14/01/22 08:56 PM

Am I ever supposed to say anything about the annoying stuff my wife does?I saved this comment. Really needed to read this this morning | /r/askMRP | 08/01/22 04:20 PM
Am I ever supposed to say anything about the annoying stuff my wife does?Don’t be a dick to her about these things she does, but also don’t reward bad behavior. | /r/askMRP | 07/01/22 05:35 PM
MRP thoughts on gaming?Look out Horns | /r/askMRP | 03/01/22 03:48 AM
MRP thoughts on gaming?Gaming is not attractive to women. Gaming does nothing positive for you. If it helps make going to the gym and getting into shape like a game. Level 1 is getting your ass in the gym and start lifting on a regular basis. Level 10 is when you are in shape and attractive to the opposite sex. Level 25 is when you are one of the strongest fittest, guys in the gym and there are thots literally staring at you there | /r/askMRP | 02/01/22 09:13 PM
The phermonal beta and the pherominal alphaWell, I have noticed that, but it could also be because I’m in the gym 5 or 6 times a week for the past year. | /r/askMRP | 01/01/22 09:05 AM
The phermonal beta and the pherominal alphaI stopped masturbating several months ago and definitely noticed an improvement in sexual performance and frequency with my wife | /r/askMRP | 01/01/22 07:39 AM
How to handle this shit/comfort test? How do you have such an understanding of the psychology behind this? Is this common in a lot of men before finding MRP? I’ve read this comment over several times today and it makes sense and explains a lot of these behaviors and the whole situation in my marriage. And yes, I feel like I definitely do this same thing with other people, validation seeking behavior. I thought I was ahead of the game here because I already lift, have been for years. Thinking about it though, I put so much effort int… | /r/askMRP | 11/12/21 12:17 AM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?I’ve been coming to many realizations and one is that this feels almost like a mental illness. It’s like I’m obsessed with her and trying to appease her. Truth is I don’t even know what I want, life has become completely about her | /r/askMRP | 10/12/21 02:44 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test? What if my wife is only 30 and still hot? I feel like that has definitely played a factor in all this | /r/askMRP | 09/12/21 09:46 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?Maybe it’s an ego thing, but it seems like most guys new to this can’t seem to grasp this concept at first, myself included. The Cliff Notes/June Cleaver analogy is perfect. I was already lifting before I found MRP so at least I have that part handled, just gotta buckle down and actually read the material, STFU continues to be a challenge. Just last night I didn’t STFU and utterly failed an obvious shit test: I was sitting on the couch, kind of leaning back and my wife says, “When did your stoma… | /r/askMRP | 09/12/21 05:45 PM

How to handle this shit/comfort test?Obviously not. It will probably take years, but I feel like some progress has/had been made. I faltered this week though, gonna start posting in OYS. Sometimes after 15 years I don’t even know if the situation is fixable TBH, she might be too far gone | /r/askMRP | 09/12/21 01:04 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?Do guys normally struggle with accepting this? Sometimes when I read on here I just feel like shit after, ashamed I guess | /r/askMRP | 09/12/21 12:18 AM
How to handle this shit/comfort test? That seems to be the thing most newbies don’t get at first, myself included. It’s not about tricking her, it’s actually making changes to behaviors that don’t work. Honestly it’s pretty stressful at first, trying to break from the bad habits that have been in place for years | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 11:55 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?STFU seems to be the hardest part, obviously I can’t just sit there like a mute. Knowing when to talk or not is difficult, it’s been working when she tries to argue with me, but I still say stupid, unattractive shit frequently | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 11:45 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?Yeah, I’m sure you guys get tired of this shit. Everyone who hasn’t gone through the side bar comes here and asks questions like there is some trick like “just do XYZ and everything will be perfect” I had some success just by lurking here and on the main sub, but I am realizing I really need to put in the work and start reading | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 09:03 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test? How does one overcome this? I had imagined that if I continued to change my behavior eventually it would lead to a true change of personality/behavior | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 08:50 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?Fuck | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 08:28 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?At first this comment made me angry, but then I’m sitting here thinking of a response and I realize it’s pretty true, I can’t just act in a certain way, I have to actually be something different or this is only going to work sporadically. | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 08:04 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?Lol. Yeah man, I guess this is what i must have thought. My tactics we’re working but then I got complacent and shit started deteriorating again | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 07:31 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test? This has just thrown me off a bit. Like hearing “I don’t like your personality anymore”, my instinct is to feel guilty or bad about myself, but I know this is not the way. | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 07:07 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?So it’s like she’s essentially calling my bluff? I need to double down | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 07:03 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?Glad you saw that. This is the shit I dealt with for years. Found MRP a few months back and began to implement it. Now she has begun to start with all her BS again | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 07:01 PM
How to handle this shit/comfort test?I haven’t apologized for anything and haven’t made any changes to what had been working up until now. | /r/askMRP | 08/12/21 06:39 PM
FR - A Week of Irrational Self-ConfidenceYup. And the amount of time a light stays yellow is based on the speed limit, it’s like 1 second for every ten MPH of speed limit | /r/MarriedRedPill | 25/11/21 05:28 AM
Is the reason I don't have the sex I'd like because I treat my wife and sex with her as the prize?Have you had any success with this situation? I’m finding myself in a similar predicament a lot of the time. | /r/askMRP | 04/11/21 04:41 PM
Weak Things BreakThanks man, I’ll try those movements, hopefully it helps cuz this has been affecting my training. Haven’t properly hit arms or back in about 2 weeks. The pain happens on all pulling movements, but also have had it during chest and shoulder pressing movements if bring my arm/forearm past a 90 degree angle. It’s not sensitive to touch, I really only notice in the gym and for about 24 hours after aggravating it | /r/MarriedRedPill | 30/10/21 12:52 PM
Weak Things BreakHey so I want to ask you OP since you are so into lifting about a potential injury I may have. Basically the inside of my left elbow is in pain whenever I train back or arms and will be messed up for a day or two following said training. One major symptom that is worrying me is that when I flex my bicep on that arm the muscle does not fully flex and doesn’t get hard like on the other side. I’ve been lifting for a long time but never had any injuries aside from some minor low back pain. You think… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 29/10/21 10:46 PM
