I was able to write all that stuff out because I've gone through cognitive processing therapy/CPT myself, which is usually recommended for people being seen for certain types of PTSD/Complex PTSD. With low confidence your whole life, it sounds like you're probably still struggling with some residual trauma from the past or childhood that for whichever reason, you decided not to explain in detail, which is understandable. That stuff is serious, and more than likely, your brain developed certain patterns of thinking to protect itself as an adult, which in the practical world, is harmful and self-defeating for where you want to be at in life.
