I use to umpire baseball games with a guy who was about 5'7". He could bench 230(impressive for my age, 17), had long hair, and I was told by numerous girls that he had an ugly face. He was also the most alpha guy I've ever met, and fucked this smoking hot volleyball player at my school almost every day. Case and point, lift and you'll be fine, regardless of height. I'm only 5'10" myself, and I've had good success.

I definitely want to at least consider it at some point; definitely not until I'm older though, at least 30.

No need to be a tool. I'm aware that these disorders are caused by chemical imbalances; my main idea was that it might be possible for us to control these chemicals indirectly by changing our lifestyles without medication. Since I've heard numerous stories about people who were depressed until they found TRP, I was hoping to get some feedback from the community about it, not this "You're 17 and you obviously know nothing" bullshit.

Thank you, I appreciate the response. I was starting to wonder if I would get a sophisticated, well thought-out answer to this. Kinda sad that situations like this are relatable for me. First things first, what everyone is doing(especially the guys) is actually pretty irrelevant to you. The idea when your faced with this is not to lose frame. If you get called a perv, everyone is doing it for one of three reasons: They want to make themselves look better by degrading you They are beta and want to be on this girls "good side" They want to elicit an entertaining reaction First time you heard about it, you should have calml…

Sometimes you don't need to fight someone to gain their respect. Sometimes you just have to show that you WILL fight them if you need to.

Call her and tell her. Sounds shitty, but hey, the relationship must've been shitty if you're breaking it off, so killing it by phone seems apt enough.

Thank you guys, you are some of the only people to actually answer my question. You are right about the unicorn thing, it is very early to tell. I think that just because I've known about TRP for almost 3 years I would be able to tell, but you're right, nobody can that early. Whether it seems like it or not, I'm a pretty alpha motherfucker, as much as i can be at this point in my life, and you guys have some pretty good advice. Thanks.

Alright, we're young. So what. Jesus Christ, can somebody actually answer my question with something other than "O Man U fuckin beta U ned go get laid ashole"?

Well I apologize for being so fucking weak. I know how beta I sound from this post, but whatever, I really don't care. The only reason I'm even responding to this is to tell you that these kinds of comments are useless anywhere on TRP anyway, so please, just keep it to yourself next time.

Imitate until you become. Eventually you will internalize it enough; hell, even I sometimes ask myself whether something I did was alpha or not. The difference between amateurs and professionals is that amateurs practice until they get it right and professionals practice until they can't get it wrong.

Dude, you fucking nailed this. I actually bike to keep in shape, and I'm on a team that races. Not the coolest thing ever in high school, but fuck it, I have fun with it. Yeah, I know that PUA in high school has limits, so I keep it all natural, with some kino and stuff in there. I hardly ever compliment, I tease and poke fun at girls all the time. And holy shit, you have no idea what I've gone through trying to tell my friends about TRP. I told one of my friends to look into it, and he spat it …

In my experience(I'm 17, so pretty limited), I've found that a great approach when dealing with 2 girls at once on any social setting is to constantly switch your attention from one to the other and make the other one jealous every time you turn away. Never had a threesome, but hey, someday, right?

Wow. It sounds like a total beta clusterfuck. Is it just me becoming more aware, or has the number of betas and support for beta ideologies jumped a lot recently?

Are you looking for an LTR type relationship with this girl or do you just want to fuck? In the case of the ladder, then hold frame, make simple, straightforward advances. If it's the former, it's going to be much harder for you. I would text her with something like, "So, I see you've been talking with XX lately, you want to share of that whore lifestyle with me?" Easy and done. And don't be afraid about being nailed for spam, if it's a good question it will get replys
