This only really applies to undesirable men. Women and Chads are still more than capable of getting away from their tik tok or Xbox, hopping on Tinder or OKC, and securing a hookup/date for that night. The average and undesirable incel types will be relegated to video games and porn not by choice, but by necessity.

Use women for sex, period. Don't get emotionally attached. All relationships are temporary. Enjoy the sex while it lasts, and move on when it stops. Don't ever stop picking up and dating other women. Don't commit unless you really, absolutely, positively are 100% sure she's "the one".

Weirdly enough, marrying a whore is safer than marrying a civilian woman, when it comes to preventing cheating and such. Sex workers tend to view sex in a very transactional manner, so they are less likely to catch feelings for other men based on sex, or want to seek out the excitement of getting with other men. For them, sex is literally the easiest thing in the world. It's like breathing air.

I can guarantee your friend does NOT slay in the slightest or at the least, he's grossly over-stating his success. I don't know of a single guy friend of mine who is legitimately successful with women who isn't at least the slightest big alpha/dominant in personality. Women don't want to fuck a feminine, loser, beta male.

But women are not a monolith, some like chubby guys, as long as they're tall. Yeah you pretty much are. The vast majority of women would prefer a tall, jacked, good looking men over a short, ugly one, all things equal. And deep down, you know it.
