3	INDIA: A youth from Haryana wrote to the President of India seeking his approval to sell his organs to pay his wife who had allegedly filed a "false" dowry case against him I don't think he actually wants to, but it's more about making a statement that that's the only choice he's got, and it's not something he's allowed to do.
