I'm nearly 27 and the youngest I'd be willing to go for is maybe 24? I do find as I get older my goals in life are shifting towards something more solid and less unknown and I'd prefer to be with someone who has similar goals or dreams in lifes. Not to generalize but I find people in their early 20s don't have any idea what they're doing (I absolutely didn't) so it's harder to get a connection or find anything deep.

Humans are social animals by nature, being alone can literally kill you in some aspects.

Maybe OP needs to go to this same spot daily to get a better set of data but I can somewhat agree with his data through my day to day life also even if I don't agree with the whole fact that height is a massive issue (unless you're chronically short or under 5'0 I guess?)

As an Aussie I fully agree too, we are really similar to the US in that aspect where a lot of the youth is pretty unhealthy.

But why would I buy a coffee for something completely blind, that is a waste of money and reckless if anything.

No? It's very the baseline standard. That's why not many men go to these speed-dating events, why pay for an event that has low quality matches or a very very low probability of someone being a good match for you? It might be good for a fling but I don't see the chances of finding anything deep there.

The chance is there but the quality is lower imo, online dating sucks but it's way better for finding people similar to you.

So why would paying for the privilege of being at a speeddating event be more beneficial? It would statistically be worse if anything unless your standards for a partner are very low.

I don’t pay for online dating and I can swipe right on someone who is my type or fits my personality and potentially match with someone I’m a good match with?

At that point it’s better off just to pay for a prostitute, atleast you’re paying for something of value there. Paying for the chance to meet women completely blindly is such a wild concept to me.

Height is genetic, it’s similar to rejecting someone over their race. Weight can be changed. That’s the main difference so by definition it’s not neutral but that’s also ok, but it most definitely is not neutral.

Weird take You can barely show or showcase many aspects of yourself on a dating app. It’s 95% all looks on there, while in person has so much more nuance for women and men.

I don't mind it being sexless, having that affection and companion just makes life more fun. Sex isn't everything, I'm saying this in my freaking mid 20s.

Dating apps are probably hardest in Australia, ignore white women and go for literally anyone else. I'm 5'8 and have pretty decent results but it isn't easy over here, if you wanna date this is not a great country for it unless you love drugs.

I think in general both are transactional most of the time but casual sex does typically has the expectation that both parties find eachother attractive.

Not a huge difference besides the transactional aspect of sex work, I treat both the same but it isn't an issue either way it's just sex.

Men’s standards are way lower so I would say yes, even if they aren’t physically attractive just showing affection and interest will make up for it.

Most men don't have genetic requirements.

Well both are genetic things you can't change, it's a literal physical trait that is just luck based. Many people also auto reject based on race aswell (even though they would never admit it) so they're similar that aspect.

Women are the ones who care so much which is why it bleeds into how men feel, It's kinda creepy that a large percentage care so much about a genetic trait you can't change. Giving me yellow fever vibes basically.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/10/23 03:42 AM

Yeah, height is very low on the list of things guys would care about with a potential partner.

I'm not a fan of parties because they're typically huge drug dens in my country, I'm not a fan of that culture and have yet to really find many event that aren't that here. Probably my fault for liking music that you'd see at Raves but apparently this is less of a problem in countries where drugs are less easy to find, open to giving it a try again but the fear of someone spiking me and having no control of my actions is the scariest shit in the world.

Yeah I'd pick bisexual if I knew that but thought it was just an option between Gay or Straight, oops.

If you're saying average I'd probably go with a straight woman, endless dating options and I'm able to date up pretty easily and can get pretty easy work with low effort high reward depending on the country I'm in? It would be emotionally more exhausting as men in general can be scary and legitimately dangerous depending where you are but each gender have their downsides I guess.

I don't think kissing on the first date is a good benchmark, I think the majority of people use the first date to scope out the person and sorta "vet" them to make sure they aren't a walking red flag. Unless it's a fling ofcourse.

Rehab Room I go his channel and I see "Can Islam-maxxing be the solution?" I'm going to have an entertaining night.

Calling a girl babe you aren't haven't talked to in months isn't a good idea.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
