standing up for yourself and what you believe in is beta the absolute state of this place

Go with your first instinct on this one. Don't do it.

Then you made the wrong move. She asked to reschedule which is a lot better than just not showing or saying she can't make it without giving an alternative. You may think that rescheduling with her would be the best option but it would be better to just say "i'm gonna go (do X) anyway, i'll hit you up next week" or something.

In addition to what others have said, women want to be accepted by their peers. If saying they hate white men makes them more accepted by their peers, they will say it, even if its not true.

Sounds like you're the beta in this circle of friends. When you are out with these guys, women can tell. Join a different group when going out and looking for chicks, one where you're not on the bottom, and see if that changes or just go solo.

Women don't know what they want. They just think they know what they want based on how they feel at the time.

if you can't come up with anything great then it's best to just not respond. Asked her to chill and where she was at. Don't even bother asking her to "chill". How many guys ask her to "chill" on a daily basis? Sounds like you've got a whole lot of nothing going on if you ask me. Tell her what you're going to be doing regardless and let her know she's invited. The chick will just assume i've lost interest Don't be worry about what she thinks. If your SMV is high enough she will worry about not be…

Go out, go out, and go out some more. Rome wasn't built in a day. If something isn't working, try something else.

I'm in this situation currently. I was sleeping with a few women and when I started seeing my current LTR I stopped seeing the others. I consider this a highly compatible relationship and I remind myself that it will end, they always do, and that's ok. From the beginning its important to set up very clear standards (if i catch you doing X your shit is on the curb, etc.). Clear boundaries have always been successful for me and anytime she gets out of line its important to take the appropriate act…

Nice work. Don't slow down! Use your successes to springboard to more of them. I force myself out of bed by putting my phone somewhere where I can't reach it from my bed. Helps a lot.

I once had a close friend (about 7 years) steal money from me and then try to sue me. People change. Always work to eliminate your weakest social links and toxic people. Sometimes that means burning bridges.

HAHAHA Wow. Even if this "journalist" wanted to go that route and put in some research, women commit WAYYY more violent crime (including murder) against people close to them (family, spouses, etc). Men tend to attack strangers and acquaintances by a much much larger margin.

That's not really the problem unless you have not established value among your audience yet. If you have established value and are experiencing a problem with holding people's attention when you DO speak, it's because what you are saying isn't valuable or captivating. I would start working there.

I think one of the controversies is that those who don't believe in planned parenthood are forced to pay taxes that support planned parenthood. Personally, I'm all about birth control, but if I have to pay for condoms women should have to pay for birth control as well, OR, I should get free condoms.

Great post! It made me realize that there are other types of 'locker rooms' out there that I've completely overlooked for their potential as mentioned above. Whatever your aspirations are, there are great people who manifest in that sphere. Go THERE, and observe them warm up, and cool down, and learn from them.

And don't cater what you decide to do based on her interests. If you're bored, she'll catch on and figure it out. You need to know yourself - know what you like to do. Bring her into your world a little bit, just don't be boring!

I get what you're saying. But wasn't religion designed to function as a guideline that theocratic societies followed? I'd argue that one of the largest theocracies in history had more of an impact than you're giving credit for. So while there doesn't seem to be real biological evidence of "protect the weak" in our dna, there's definitely a social one in the way many people were raised historically, thanks to religion.

Great response! However, I think you missed the part where it actually invalidates the claim that: there was virtually no concept of "protect the weak." until the 1800s.

there was virtually no concept of "protect the weak." Lol. Try the Bible. Psalm 82:3-4. It specifically asks society to protect the weak.

Double standards are for women. haha, bro....really? Is it a double standard that my daughter can't watch t.v. past 10pm and I can? Women are basically children, remember that. Read the sidebar one more time.

I don't understand this post. You begin by over-analyzing height using some imaginary point system and then say that height isn't important provided you have the right mindset. A better post would have focused on the latter points, like, "a woman will pick up on the fact that you're insecure about your height and be less attracted to you - stay focused on your strengths and don't pay attention to what you can't change"

It's not just a hole. It's a warm, slimy hole that can be attached to a beautiful woman, or a hag. That's why we push ourselves to be the best men we can be, to get the best hole we can find, as opposed to resigning ourselves to being comfortable with whatever hole we can convince ourselves to crawl into.

I had the same problem. One day I invited a friend to go to the gym with me who I knew had 0 gym experience. It gave me the opportunity to "teach him" (by reading the instructions to him on each machine) and as I'd "watch" him, I'd watch other members use various machines and perform various routines the right way. I noticed that absolutely nobody paid attention to me or my friend, and if they did, it was always positive.
