Like Socialism it looks good on paper but when reality hits it falls apart rather quickly No, socialism doesn't look good on paper. If you've really studied libertarian philosophy then you'd know this much for sure. Law is government, law is the manifest of government. Once you have law you have government. Attempting to call it "private law" is oxymoronic term False. Corporations have rules all of the time. They aren't government. Talking about even in today's world, that is.

Most people don't make such a distinction. Is a corporate board a government? Many would call it a governing body, but I hesitate to call that a government. Further absence a system of organization, aka government, there is no binding law, or method of dispute resolution in order to form a private security company, or enter into a binding contract with said organization I would not advocate for absence of law. I would advocate for private law. Are you familiar with Machinery of Freedom?

I'm AnCap. It isn't at all unpredictable. The market has a predictable track record of success. I'm probably nothing like others that were responding to you. Somalia's government and people take heavy Islamic influence, so "better" is about as subjective as it gets. Not at all. It got better by multiple metrics related to quality of life. You can read the paper on it here if you like. The metrics are pretty straightforward. It definitely isn't to say that people in the US would want to move ther…

anarchism only allows for freedom if you happen to be the biggest, strongest, have the most weapons, and the intelligence the ensure victory 100% of the time over every person that wishes to take what you have.. Wrong, as not only do peaceful people outnumber the violent ones but government isn't the only way to organize for defense. Ever heard of private security? It is fallacy to believe you can achieve that on your own, and once you form a pact with others you have formed a government No, mut…

There's tons of stuff rational about anarchy (not the destroying shit, the "not having rulers" part). Government isn't the fabric of society and there is no evidence to suggest that not having government would equate to oppression. It's not like the US government is the only thing keeping US society from becoming Somalia. To the contrary, the oft-cited Somalia got better after losing its government and not worse.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
