Taking time to think before you speak was a big one for me, personally. Withdraw if needs be. Just get into your own head and genuinely practice not over-reacting. This will help to an extent, but as others have said, you've got to do the work. All of it. There are no shortcuts. I first became aware of MRP back in 2018, so I've been working on myself, and by extension the relationship with my wife, for a long time. Rome certainly wasn't built in a day.

Regarding sneakers/trainers, I absolutely concur that men should not be wearing the same footage as teenage boys, but certain brands of trainers can be great if you're willing to spend the cash. I'm currently in a pretty good place. I went on a very extreme cut (wouldn't advise) and leaned out massively in 2021, only to realise that I lost a bit of muscle in the process and looked too skinny. So I spent the last two years slowly upping my calories and the weight I have been lifting, and now I'm fairly happy. Since discovering this whole scene in 2019, I've prioritised lifting above almost everything else. It's categorically the BEST thing I have ever done.
