Bro why did you set it like that - you can filter that shit and you know it lmao If you set it to married men vs married women, 25 -44 - the results are: Married Men: 5.8 hours working; 2.2 hours household + familial care Married Women: 4.2 hours working; 4.0 hours household + familial care Which would mean married men have a total of 8 hours of work and married women have a total of 8.2 a day. It's not a massive discrepancy but it certainly doesn't support your point.

I think there's something wrong with this graph - did anyone else notice it claims that married men spend on average 9.25 hours a day on personal care? And 4.48 hours on work? Who tf lives their life like that - and can I be them?

Men don't have to register for the draft to vote.

Reality check - 80% of men get married by the time they're 40.

Okay - so if I decide 10 weeks into a pregnancy that I actually don't want the kid, but don't want to get an abortion because I'm Catholic or scared of the surgery or whatever reason, I can just tell my boyfriend that he has sole custody now and I'm not helping at all financially or otherwise? And if he doesn't want to adopt the kid out to strangers he just has to deal with that?

Does this not go both ways though? All the comments about cat ladies and women who are single after 30+ would beg to differ.

Should women be able to get paper abortions too?

The reality is that men are far more likely to disqualify a woman for not being promiscuous enough than they are for being too promiscuous. Don't believe me? How many men do you know are willing to wait 2+ months before having sex? Women with low body counts aren't fucking on the third date.

I literally have never met someone who expects a $500 first date - that's not a thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/24 04:00 AM

I mean if the result of that is that I end up paying for some dude's entire life AND cooking and cleaning for him - I'm good dawg. Sounds awful lol. You can use generic insults all you want but you have to admit my position is logical.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/07/24 04:11 AM

I'm 24 lol

As a high earning woman, why would I ever want to be in a relationship where I make ⅔ the income and do ⅔ the domestic work? I feel like I'd be better off alone. I'd be happy to date a man who made less than me if I could see him contributing equally to a relationship, but the reality is that so many men, the *only* thing they contribute to a relationship is money. You see it on this sub where they talk about how they shouldn't have to do equal domestic work or whatever because ~they're the prov…

Because in relationships with men I expect that I'll eventually end up doing ⅔ of the household chores, childcare, etc. That seems to be the reality in 90% of heterosexual relationships at least. As a bi woman, I'm fine dating a woman who makes a lot less than me because I know she'll contribute in other ways. Dating a man who makes a lot less than me....eh. Being in a relationship where I do ⅔ domestic work and make ⅔ the income isn't really appealing.

If you want to get half custody of your kids you should ask! Only 10% of custody cases are decided in court, and those that are - men win about 60% of the custody disputes that go to trial. I also would suggest that your medical needs sadly wouldn’t universally be taken more seriously. Women for example, are 7x more likely to be misdiagnosed and discharged during the middle of a heart attack. They are also half as likely to receive prescription pain killers after major surgery, which is kind of …

Well, some people in here argue that it’s immoral for women to have more than a handful of partners. They also say that if they were a women they’d be highly promiscuous… in which case they’d obviously need to reconsider that belief.

The average wastewater treatment worker makes $50k. You’re citing the entry level pay - also, I’m pretty sure you need a degree to do finance. And again - if you don’t want to become a sewage worker, don’t. Absolutely no one is forcing anyone to.

Man if you wanna defend never leaving your house ever unless it’s to try to pick up random girls at the bar, go ahead, but that doesn’t seem like a particularly healthy way to live life.

All I said was that no one is forced to take those jobs. Arguing that they are is pretty silly. These jobs typically pay a premium relative to other forms of unskilled labor which is why the people working in those fields generally elect to enter.

I said that because he was basically saying that the only reason to spend money was to maybe get sex. Therapy costs money. If he doesn’t want to spend money to benefit his quality of life unless it’s connected to sex, I was just trying to link those two incentives. Typically “if only” when used like that means, “if you want to ignore all the other benefits, consider this other benefit”.

Man I have not met someone in the US forced to work in sewage. When did they start forcing men to do that? Know tons of men who somehow avoided that fate.

Most men, everywhere in the world, support hoe phases. Just for them, and not for women.

Not leaving your house ever because it won't increase your likelihood of sex is actually concerning. I encourage you to seek help, if only because most women will find that attitude off-putting and weird.

Do you really never leave the house except to have sex? That’s weird dude. Also - seeing that you’re red pill - would you be okay with being viewed as a slut? Do you view women who behave how you would behave in a poor light?

I mean, truthfully I just find it odd that I said “why would a woman want to do this, what benefit is there” and you didn’t really answer that at all and instead just gave me a long diatribe about how that’s what men want. Like can you try to consider the actual question why that’s something a woman should want? Like try to put yourself in their shoes, and try to think of some actual benefits - because it doesn’t seem like there is any.

You’ve talked a lot about what men want. But again, as a woman - what about what I want? Wouldn’t I be better off living alone that living under someone else’s thumb? Would you be willing to spend your whole life letting someone else drive the steering wheel to get the girl you want - and if not, why would I think it’s a good deal to do the opposite?

What's the point of having a relationship if all it means is you have to spend your whole life living under someone else's thumb? Why would I want that - how is it better than being alone?

What's the point of having a man thats maybe slightly more handsome and makes a bit more money if you have to spend your whole life living under someone else's thumb?

Men don’t seem to understand why women wear makeup. Yes, sometimes it’s to look attractive. But the majority of the time it’s just because it’s the social norm. If I don’t wear makeup to work it’s “unprofessional”. If I don’t wear it out with friends they ask if I’m sick. Etc etc.

It serves to weed out players and determine who is really interested in you. RedPillers always talk about Pumping and Dumping. Unless they are completely inexperienced with men, women do realize that many men will fake interest in a relationship and then skrt once they have sex. Playing hard to get is women's (or at least, me and many women I know) way of controlling for this. Everyone has a point in which they will give up. It is my general observation that men who just want to use me for sex w…
