1	How do I go from Beta to Alpha you don't go from alpha to beta. You learn to manage and make the best of it. A beta male is never going to be as fearless as an alpha, except for those few outliers who really put the work in. And even those guys are usually abnormally talented in some way and still suffer from their "beta" past (look at the guys who run RSD, and Mystery who had a breakdown on facebook in 2016.
