Do you really think one should be paid for cleaning their own house and taking care of their own children It makes no sense. Homemakers don't get paid directly; it's because of their labor that allows the family unit to prosper. My wife and I say that this is our money, home, and children that we both contribute towards (each doing our part). I read a great analogy that "A company cannot have one division pay another division to increase overall revenue."

What sucks is that feminism conflates "Hating Men" and "I just wanna be like you guys." You can't tell if the person is irrational or sensible. Your post was perfect to balance the conversation but I think that you just caught a bad situation. (I like to think) Not all feminists are the "Hate men" kind.

Well said. I read the synopsis and it appears the National Review author misinterpreted. However, Stark's "semimanifesto" still remains jargon terms mashed together to confuse and submit the user to "She's using big words so she must be right." I think Stark is being insensitive/unreasonable - she's arguing that we should all put in the massive effort she has to the subject of Feminism, just as a Physicist puts into Quantum Physics. Perhaps she should acknowledge the inverse - People can't dedic…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
