I read the synopsis and it appears the National Review author misinterpreted. However, Stark's "semimanifesto" still remains jargon terms mashed together to confuse and submit the user to "She's using big words so she must be right." I think Stark is being insensitive/unreasonable - she's arguing that we should all put in the massive effort she has to the subject of Feminism, just as a Physicist puts into Quantum Physics.
