I don't really care about which bs place it comes from they're just random articles that pop up on google searches

Thoughts on this article? https://www.elitedaily.com/women/no-such-thing-as-a-real-man/1043797 (Not written by a dude btw). How common do you think this kinda thing is, whether subconsciously or conciously?

It has mostly been the women in my life perpetuating the nice guy myths. Not men. The men who did just parroted what the women said about it, or it was some tv show written by a dude who obviously was just writing what he wish’s was true.

Wait since when do people agree on here without circle-jerking.

We all know there's different kinds of love in this world, and just like a dude without a dad can't give himself fatherly love, he can't give himself the romantic type of love he craves. Maybe he does need self love, but that'd be a different issue, not the one we're talking about. Also self love is harder to do when you've been unsuccessful in various social areas.

I think it's because there's even less personality to show beforehand so you can go wild when it comes to imagining what someone's like. I fell for someone this way when chatting in a friendgroups groupchat with someone who I never met and barely talked to. I immediately knew I just created some kind of non existant image, and I even made it clear what happened. Turns out after getting to know her the real her was pretty cool and there wasn't anyone else to be into so it took a long time for the…

Nice to hear you enjoy the topic and thanks for the input. I think that chemistry/spark is a mix of sexual attraction that isn't purely how you look (body language, tone, masculine/feminine behavior, making a good move, etc) and how well the personalities match (similar to how you hit it off with the people hat become your friends), as well as how compatible you are (life circumstances, worldviews that don't clash too much, interests, etc). However I think a lot of people confuse the first for b…

I know you're probably not looking for sympathy but christ that sounds absolutely terrible, I'm so sorry you had to go through that.. ALso those dudes should act more respectful. Interesting point on safety, I hadn't considered that yet. Older people have always told me about the dangers of connecting to strangers on the internet, but as you said it actually allows you to meet certain people without any stakes. Test the waters. I mean I've met multiple people from online chatrooms, who I had alr…

I forgive you, as I find it hard to believe too only I ain't short. I think people are just too uncomfortable telling the truth of them not being into short men, and it kind of disgusts me tbh. How attractive height is and how unattractive a short man is doesn't magically change in real life and any short man has my symapthies even when they don't want my sympathy. People settling or just using people for other stuff doesn't make it better.

By seeing patterns and connections and coming up with theories that could explain them. An observation is just that, it's not like every conclusion based on them has to be true or something you certainly believe.

Depends on how you change yourself I'd say. I could make a youtube video and make changes that would make them more appealing in general which I find more appealing as well. Or, I could just pander to what the masses want and use shitty clickbait tactics and the like. Does it work? Yeah, but they're not really my own artistic vision. Just ask yourself, is this a change I want to make because I think I'd be a better person that way (both for yourself and others from your point of view), or am I d…

I guess it's because the closer you are the more you will have to deal with each others flaws, incompatibilities, the more vulnerable you'll be(It's risky), and the less time you have to take a break. There's some friends I like but I think I'd probbly want to strangle them If I'd have to live with them every day. Or maybe red pillers just don't trust women I dunno lol

I don't think it discounts much. So who are the other groups of women here? -Women with realistic standards genuinely more into that type. -Women at the top who could get what they want. (Aka, those standards were actually realistic to her). -Women who compromised. (I'd say most people of either gender compromise in some way or another, whether they want to admit it or not) -Women who were so insecure they just got whoever made them feel validated they thought they could get. I'd say the point o…

I overlooked this important point and agree, but I'd like to note I think this is a larger societal issue in which people do not consider various potential long term effects and risks when it comes to the things we use just because it makes money and doesn't cause obvious immediate harm. Foods with terrible ingredients shoved in our face. Medicine with terrible side effects and permanent repercussions without us being told, Lifestyles that don't give us enough vitamin-D, Prolonged staring at scr…

Point 1: Men are generally awful at telling who's wearing make-up in the first place. When men say they want woman without make-up, they're thinking of all the women in which they could easily notice they were wearing too much makeup. They're not thinking of all the women which were wearing it so well that they didn't really notice. So they're under the impression that they prefer women without make-up, even though those are wearing ''natural'' make-up. Point 2: While they may be full of shit ab…

I believe shit simply started to exist, and that truly figuring out why/how is something unfathomable to the human mind. I also believe the only reason we're the way we are is because we are offspring of things that did things that made them less likely to die off. I do not believe survival of the self and species is a goal, and I don't think it's why we exist, but I do think it has everything to do with why we kept existing. I do not believe there is any higher meaning, things just are a bunch …

Red/Black Pillers who argue on here are more likely to be conservative, and as the majority blue pillers either don't feel that strongly for anything specific as they just oppose red-pill as well as people tend to stop arguing when everything goes in circles, you start to see more red pill posts. That's my theory anyways. I think in general, you hear more people speak out their conservatism as a response to the rise of the left/liberals/progressives/whatever in the social consciousness.

Regardless of what is the truth (All human behavior is gonna be a certain ratio of nature and nurture), it doesn't actually defy the claim imo. It depends on how you define ''like'' here. If you mean something that creates that raw kind of attraction, which for many is strongly related to the desire for wanting a relationship, then they may have a point. Regardless of how you rationalize things, the lizard brain part of you may still like that cave man shit. Short term a lot of people prefer doi…
