As British newspapers have taken to the internet in this modern era, it’s not only companies like Sky News, but columnists from The guardian and The Telegraph, constantly throwing their bias opinions around like its fact. Especially with the younger generation being subjected to the flashy headlines, and news that is projected as news, but again is opinion, and a lot of people don’t delve deep enough to find out what’s fact and what isn’t.
Exactly man! The fact that the university in question wouldn’t allow a men’s rights group in campus is disgusting. As a society we talk about diversity continuously, so why exclude a majority because a few misinformed people don’t agree with it. Outrageous.
Being in the workplace myself, in an office environment, I completely agree with that! They don’t cover up enough, and then complain when it’s too cold.

Completely agree, it’s absurd to think people could actually read this and agree with it, if anything, the article and the points she made would be more of an averaging problem if anything, not a gender problem.
110% short shaming is a massive issue, and it’s wrong. When I’m on tinder, I see the same thing all the time, “do you know what I call people under 6ft? Friends”, or “if you’re under 6ft, don’t bother swiping”, it’s wet wipes like these that are the problem, the same wet wipes that probably have the personality of a sponge. Sadly that’s true. I’m currently having an argument with multiple Reddit users on another Reddit post, as I said that male privilege was a myth, but as always I’m told that ‘I’m the problem’, and, as always, they have nothing to substantiate their claims that male privilege is a common thing in modern society.

The phrase ‘Equal Opportunity’ has unfortunately become diluted in today’s society, as people sadly believe that having opportunities that are only open to women is a resolution to gender inequality, when in fact it’s just creating an even bigger ‘gap’ between the sexes, the same ‘gap’ that the media, and women talk about as being unequal.

That’s also a valid point, which I also agree with. The post wasn’t really to do with the issues currently occurring in Sudan, but sort of the bigger picture, and the principal.
My main point is the rape part. Aside from Sudan, the rape of men and boys alike doesn’t get talked about in the media. Yeah, this person may be talking about them when they say everyone, but the ‘little girls and women are being raped’ doesn’t include everyone, it’s specific to them. If that were the main focus of a debate between you and I, my point would be don’t specifically mention females as the victims to rape, say ‘everyone’, because as you said, it includes everyone, not JUST females.
I really couldn’t of said it better myself. Quite frankly it’s a disgrace, and the people that think it’s okay for her to openly discriminate, and make sexiest remarks are just as bad. The people even worse than THAT, are the people that don’t see any issue with it whatsoever.
It infuriates me, because in my workplace, my team an supervisors are predominately women, I feel if I spoke out, I would be penalised for saying so. If I came in wearing whatever I wanted, I would face some sort of workplace punishment, but when it comes to a women, nothing is said, and it’s overlooked.
In my workplace, again, men are required to wear office attire, i.e, shirt, trousers & shoes. Women have a ‘smart attire’ dress code which is not enforced at all, they come in wearing flip flops, hoodies, and a bunch of other nonsense which isn’t suitable for the office, nor does it fit the dress code rules.
