I do. He's really good and super involved. The trouble is, my ex is being fed seemingly unlimited funds by her family and files for something new it seems every two weeks. As such, fees are starting to really wrack up. I have spent my 15k savings on this already and now am considering taking out a massive legal loan just to keep up.

It's definitely a confidence issue so work on your inner game a bit to dig out those self limiting beliefs. The other side of it is that it sounds like you're outcome oriented. The difference between goals and outcomes is that stakes are higher with goals and there are failures inherent along the way so no biggie if you get rejected a couple of times.
