Your point is completely non sequitor to the point OP was making.

Most people here won't be able to admit how on point this comment is. Neuroticism, high inhibition and diffidence are just natural traits some guys have and probably can't really change, but those traits absolutely kill your attractiveness to women. Those traits probably also correlate highly to the type of guy who's active in a sub like this. It doesn't make you a bad person, or less manly, or a failure, but it does make you explicitly unattractive to women. Average looking guys who are low inh…

My biggest peeve on reddit is people who have never taken a statistics class having no understanding of just how small a sample size can be while still producing accurate results. A "large enough" study would only have to be a couple hundred random people AT MOST

That's stupid, so a woman shouldn't stay with anyone except the most satisfying sexual partner she's ever had? Even if the other guy isn't in any way bad in bed, just not quite as good, and a better man in every other regard, she shouldn't stay with him because "it's not OK to think your ex gave you better sex"?

A rare case where someone actually needs to touch grass

You don't need to? Assuming you're not already fat, 1 year of dedicated gym attendance with a decent routine will put most men in a buff enough body to get most of "muscular man" attractiveness points they can get. More muscle over that point is diminishing returns, women don't care about you being super jacked

This is stupid. If men had a litteral store they could pick women from they would browse around for the best the exact same way we browse around for the right porn to nut to. Men might quit when they're ahead in real life where there's risk of not finding another, but in the store analogy we would keep checking the higher floors just like the women.

What, or whom, exactly, do you see self-described feminists demanding their romantic partners protect them from? To be clear, women don't want to BE protected, they want to FEEL protected, which is completely divorced from their actual level of safety. "He makes me feel safe" is a very common sentiment from women towards men they are enamored with

Because those are hobbies stereotypically associated with low value unattractive men (regardless of the merit of that association). That plus the above explation

Tons of people go to the gym regularly but don't make any progress. It should straight up ask how much do you bench and squat

That's silly, you could apply that same description to the act of "going up to talk to a woman at a party" and it would be just as "accurate"

It's not so much that they "want" an intelligent successful woman as it is that they recognize that if they are going to commit to a relationship with a woman (either because of social pressure, desire for children, or because it's the only way he can access sex) , where he must provide resources and where she will represent him socially, that marrying a successful woman like that is a much better idea. Marrying a successful woman means you lesson the financial burden on yourself, you can split …

Marriage stats clearly show that most people who marry have similar socioeconomic status. Because most relationships are formed between people who frequently interact with each other. And people most frequently interact with people in the same socioeconomic situation as they are.

- men are physically attracted to a much narrower age range than women are False. There is a lucrative porn category for every possible configuration of female body you can think of. Compare that to women focused porn, or the types of men described in erotic novels. Men are physically attracted to a far greater range of women's body types than women are to men's. Edit: just realized this said AGE range. My bad, my comment is irrelevant

I lurk here a bit but never comment. I found your post really amusing for how simple the premise is and how immediately it makes your point. I see tons of guys here denying it, and I can't speak for them, but for me you're definitely right, if a woman has been with a lot of other women, it has no impact on my views on her as a suitable partner. I think a lot of the guys here are just backwards rationalizing. The statistics and arguments they bring up might have merit, but they arnt WHY they feel…

In fields where it is difficult to objectively display a persons skill as being better than someone else's, I think you are correct, being an unattractive woman will work against you, you will be regarded as less than men of the same skill level. Things like management and arts. However in fields where a persons skill and achievements can be fairly objectively defined and compared to another, an unattractive woman will not be rewarded and praised any less than that of a male of average attractiv…

Shaming hasn't gotten less effective, I'd be willing to argue it's gotten more effective because of how easily cultural "memes" can spread due to modern media. "Women" are now a much larger connected group than ever before and are able to refine and propogate their messages more easily than ever before. Shame doesn't work on "fuckbois", but it never has and never will. The shame tactic for controlling male behavior isn't for "Chad" it's for every other guy. It also acts as a filter for sexual se…
