"In fact, if you really want to delve into the science of it, you body rarely ever converts excess carbohydrates from your diet into fat. (studies have proven this.) Think about it with common sense, if you have both Fat and Carbs in your stomach, why in god's name would your body use excess energy to convert all the carbs into fat instead of the actual dietary fat." So you think that you can take a fat cell off an animal, eat it, and your body goes "Hey its a fat cell, time to add it to the oth…

Ok, you are missing something major here. A diet 1500 calories of eggs VS a diet 1500 calories of bread. Both are deficits. One has actual nutrition, not just cheap energy. One will leave you hungry as fuck, the other will keep your hunger in check. That high blood sugar you get from bread, if not utilized, get's stored in your fat cells.(after that you get hungry again!) The eggs however instead of spilling into your bloodstream, remained in your stomach. This gave you sustained energy release.…

The thing is that people first demonized fat for it's caloric content. "eating fat will make you fat". Even people today who are calories in/calories out zealots essentially make the same argument. since fat is high in calories, and you wanna eat less calories, eating less fat is an easy way. But this is only looking at a small portion of the picture. As fat calories don't spike blood sugar, they also take a whole lot longer than carbs to break down so you feel full for a long time. A diet based…

Actually your vegan bullshit has to stop already. Veganism teaches you nothing at all about nutrition.

http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/fastats/obesity-overweight.htm I said obese OR overweight. That number falls around the 70% figure. Also note that number is over 20 years old figure. That's when our diet really starts to hit us hard. Even children these days are becoming obese though. Are you really suggesting a major fraction of people are so swole that they skew the stats? please. You don't see her as obese because being overweight/obese is normalized in our society. I used to think it was normal. It'…

That 75% of Americans are overweight or obese? no that's a fact. Actually recently there are more obese then overweight people. The tipping point is here.

It hows the feminist hypocrisy when they are disagreed with. They are allowed their opinions, while shaming anyone who disagrees.

There are no essential carbohydrates, you do not require them in great numbers. Your body will create glucose, you don't have to ingest it. The ones you get incidentally by eating things like yogurt, fruits/berries, veggies, are usually enough. You don't have to include grain's, they are not necessary. The way I view it, carb load should equal your activity level. If your activity level is low, a low carb high fat diet is the way to go. Also I feel this diet is best for cutting. Carbs can be add…

The stat's are somewhere between 5% and like 65% grey area. I like to generally meet stat's halfway and say that something like 35% are false. still a massive number.

It is slightly more complicated then that. food that takes longer to break down in your stomach satiates faster, and also provides metabolic advantages. If all your calories in are fast burning calories, your hunger levels are going to be really high. If they are slow burning calories, your hunger levels will be way lower. This will set you up to succeed. Basically, eat less carbs as part of a weight loss strategy.

As Redpillthriller said, it's all about the woman's arms race. It's not for "all men". It's to beat out her sisters for the BEST men. I feel NO sympathy.

Biking has really helped my depression. Get's me out, gives me something to do, Makes me feel connected to my community, exercise. etc.

Completely agree. Foods we eat effect our metabolic state, and this matters for weight loss. This is what calories in/calories out zealots can't comprehend. the oversimplification is just too easy to hail as total fact.

Women are not raised to be wives and mothers anymore, so they make terrible ones. This is the crux of the issue.

She's right though, body fat percentage is mostly diet. Once you get low exercise is the best way to get the last bit of fat off you. It's not like exercise won't help, but as they say you can't outrun a bad diet

Nothing wrong with games on occasion. Best type are social games you can play with friends. A recent post put it this way: Don't define yourself by the media you consume. I realize how I, and many other people do this. Once You stop doing that, you start defining yourself by the actions that you take not what you consume.

Its true. Men have the money, and men want to be served by cute girls. It makes them want to come back. It's just business. few people are hiring males for strip joints too. Sometimes discrimination VIA sex makes sense, even if we hate it. It's not like there aren't a million other places to bartend.

Just saying, if you go far enough to the right, and far enough to the left, total societal control is the only option. So the farther you go left... the closer you get to the far right.

You can't control everybody, only yourself. Growing a thick skin is the only response aside from totalitarianism controlling everyone.

That, and if you really want to see a woman's character go on a trip with her. Not the beach, but a road trip with some uncertainty in the plan.

Well truth though, if you know she is a rape victim then she's made it known publicly. Why would she do that? Probably attention. Seems like every chick has a rape story these days, and most of them are bogus.

Speaking of diet, been having a blast making low carb pizza. So fast and tasty. 1 cup almond flour, 1 egg, salt. mix. Oil up two pieces of parchment paper, roll it into a circle. remove top piece of paper, bake for 10 minutes at 350. Add toppings, cook for 15 minutes. It's fantastic!

While it's not 100% the males fault, If you are not redpill aware so to speak, you ARE setting yourself up for failure. Never give up on masculinity fellas, once you do the gig is up. You need her respect above all other things, because without it you are nothing.

In the 50's there was social control telling women that leaving their husbands and fucking around was wrong. now we have 10 articles a day online saying how it's liberating.

It IS dumb, but the schools are being put into impossible positions, where the only logical way to handle things is to just keep men and women separate.

Redpill #2: when you write a big list of fucking excuses, tear up the list and stop making fucking excuses. You don't need a gym membership to lift, just things to lift. go on your local used good's website and spend $50 on a bench press weight set. Now I understand the economic issue, but you still are making excuses. How much does broccoli cooked in butter cost? fuck all. There are infinite veggies you can just add fat's to and you will be eating keto. Olive oil on veggies, fry shit in coconut…

Have a red pill: being fat is unacceptable. Go lift and eat keto.
