I think self-improvement involves creating value BESIDES your looks. For both men and women. For women, looking good involves comparatively little effort and having a vagina involves none, so they should learn things like SKILLS. I don't mean just traditional skills like how to cook and clean (though not gonna lie, men still do greatly value those things), but hell, buck the trend - learn to do the taxes or carpentry. As long as it's something useful.

I live in Norway. Women here have the same military laws apply to them as to men. They have to do mandatory conscription the same way men do It's pretty easy to tout benefits that you never need to challenge. Specifically, if Norway ever goes to war, then I reckon this might be an important issue. But it doesn't, so nobody cares.
