If you truly did change like you said you did, her views would change with the man you are now. There is obviously a lack of "change" if she is still seeing you the same way as she used to.

I'm in an identical situation, I think the right thing to do would be to tell her straight up that you are attracted to her, but don't have time for games and if she gets her shit together (dealing with her boyfriend she may not be happy with) to hit you up in the future. Leave it at that. I need to take my own advice...

Grip her hand back, and pull her toward you. She initiated contact, now she wants you to lead. You need to make the next move, shes showing interest. You can lead her somewhere in the crowd, or grab her by the waist and ask her something in her ear. Dance a little bit, spin her around, touch her arms and play with her hair. Look into her eyes after a few minutes and if the time seems right, go for the kiss.
