Sounds like rock bottom. Don’t look for a magic cure all that’s gonna start your upward trajectory. Live life one hour at a time. Sounds like you’re trying to take it all on immediately, getting overwhelmed then not accomplishing anything. This might be the unpopular opinion but get some counseling. Don’t worry about the jitters. Anytime I’m upset enough to throw hands that’s happens no matter how formidable the foe is. I would say you handed it well. I’m 6’2 225 and I know for a fact I can mangle a lot of the clowns I come across in this life but there is power in not always acting on that. Stay on your toes I think you did fine.
