11	Help needed! Firstly, sorry about the breakup, shit sucks. I'm also 29M and I would not recommend Tinder or bumble for a few months if at all. I met my last ex on tinder, dated for 10 months and called it quits, then casually used it. I'm in a solid relationship now and we met through a mutual friend.
