I'm responding to his original statement where humanincarnate says: "....but the moment you cause another humans life to end, thats the line where you need to be removed from the planet" That's why I said if it's done intentionally and with premeditation I agree in principle. An accident where someone dies will fall under the death penalty if judge by this statement and so will an act of self defense where you would end someone's life.

So if someone has a traffic accident and causes someone else to die, they need to be removed from the planet? What if you are trying to defend your family and you shoot someone and that person dies, are you a sociopath for doing this? One has to be careful when talking about these things. I believe your heart is in the right place though.

I just realized this right now never even passed through my mind. When I hang out with my friends we always roast each other to death and its really fun. Sometimes when new people come they get shit tested (never realized it was a shit test until now) and get really pissed off and leave because they can't take the heat.
