7	As predicted You make a good point. Though I think there is little merit in discussing a Gender Wage Gap due to many details of a profession that are difficult to account and adjust for. The often cited number, women make 77% of what a man makes, is unadjusted for profession, degree, experience, etc. When adjusted there still is a gap, though it’s much smaller at 94% as opposed to a mans salary.
