Delete everything after Long story short, we shut the door, and the story is believable. Also it makes it more like a cliff hanger, if your last line is you know what alpha males do in nature. It makes the reader really think about this and wonder if there is a lesson to be gained. Overall solid post

What the hell do you use to tie the weights/hanger? a rope? I'd be happy to even reach 5 in length, that's how embarrassed I am about mine

Look up Fracking jobs - my buddy who was in the Air Force worked as a Frac hand. He said it was 20 days on and 10 days off with tons of OT. He basically worked in Oil doing grunt work. He was pretty mechanically inclined from the military, but he said most of the other employees either didn't have any experience and some didn't even graduate high school. Said it paid well for no degree.

Dam thanks for not calling me a pussy lol This is something i thought of doing with the boss, but just want to get on the boss's bad side. Janice has been with the company 16 years, me, 4 months. So yes I'm the new guy. However between the females in the office, there is kind of 2 sides with Janice on 1 side and some on the other, so not everyone is a fan of her. Anyways, according to the responses i'm prob diggin too much into this, I'll just see what happens this week. Thanks

I know, i stated early I know I shouldn't care about them but it' is what it is, can't help your own feelings. But that's what i wanted, to fix the issue and that's it, but to put it like the other user said , i turned pussy and got butthurt and lashed out. Again, couldn't control my emotions - i know i have to work on the anger, but didn't know if this is something that wil fix itself overtime or I have to do something else. But thanks for the input

Diet is prob the most important. No matter how hard you work, it won't do much if you overeat in calories. Also do both weightlifting and cardio, it will help burn fat more than just cardio alone. I was never over 200 but went from 185 to 150 in 2 months. Not exactly a crazy amount but i was drinking a lot of Coke and eating chips/ice cream. After i went to eating chicken breast/fish + veggies everyday and working out. My cardio was jump roping, jumping jacks, burpees, as i did this all in my ga…

I'd say above average... I got only 3 in the first month i used it, but that was only swiping on HB7.5+ The 2nd month I just swiped right every time and got about 5 in 1 week, but this time not the ones i wanted.

Just increase your daily calories intake by like 5% so you are still gaining, but not putting on as much mass at once, unless you don't care and will cut later. Theres prob a few good youtube channels you can get good info on about bulking cleanly. Also, it's completely normal to gain both fat and muscle during a bulk.
