2	What do you guys think about NoFap? I did it for 6 months and it was great. I did it over the summer and came back to university after about 3 months doing it and I was confident as ever, chatting to anyone and everyone on a night out. Got 2 lays in about a week, kept one as a FB. So for me it was a great experience and i learnt from it.
