2	A friend of mine found out I do pickup and laughed at me. Why do I feel so ashamed? How do I stop being so anxious about stuff like this? I used to practice by reminding myself that everybody in this world is more worried about themselves than they are about you. They might laugh at you for those couple minutes, but in the grand scheme of things you must remind yourself that you're doing what you feel is right. Follow another life lesson taught on this subreddit and that is to essentially stop giving a fuck what others think.
