I'm still able to communicate with humans lol. I'm not so miserable that I can't handle even being near them. With that being said, it's very possible to be polite but keep your true feelings to yourself. I remind myself that it's their biological nature and it's normal, however horrid it may be.

Canada is part of the commonwealth, will be fairly similar to new Zealand. I was born and raised in canada and think it's lovely. People are nice and the cold keeps bugs and poisonous things away :p

I haven't been presented with evidence to believe in a higher power. I can assert that some gods don't exist, like the mormon god, the god of scientology and then sat I'm unconvinced about the others. Also, religion does not make a person more moral or masculine.

We have a transformation challenge at work. I had a Male client who had a goal of being able to stand long out of his wheelchair to take a picture with his family for Christmas, he was able to stand for 27 seconds for the first time since he was a toddler......he ended up not winning. The winners was a med student female who lost 40 pounds lol

I'm having major issues with this currently. I'm a former Male stripper who was constantly being judged on how I looked. I would get fined for having neck hair or wrinkles in my shirt etc. Now that I'm mgtow I'm much more relaxed with my appearance.....but it is a constant bother in the back of my mind. I might go back to my stripper look, but not actually strip.

You need to study philosophy. Western you can start with protagoras, Socrates, Plato, Aristotle Cicero, Seneca (a favorite of mine) Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius , roger bacon, rene descartes, voltaire, Thomas Jefferson. That's a small start for western. Eastern philosophy you can try Lao Tzu, Confucius, siddhartha gautama, sun tzu, bruce lee (another favorite) Mao Zedong.

250 for a 20 minute show, then 10 to 15 minutes to hangout after and take pictures. If I still did full monty its 300. I used to just strip full time, but I've moved to a smaller area and ow there just isn't enough demand to live off this. Over a summer though I can usually make an extra 25k working 2 or 3 nights a week. Ever since magic mike its been the police officer coming to stop a noise complaint lol. So stupid. I used to teach dance when I was younger. Not a lot of money for a ton of work…

Before the magic mike movies I would say the firefighter went well, I personally preferred a sharp dressed routine. After magic Mike, it was always police uniform... and recreating that stupid scene where Channing Tatum (God love him) knocks on the door in a cop outfit and says there is a noise complaint and then starts stripping

I was a male stripper for many years. If any part of my appearance was off for shownight, I was fined 75 bucks. With that being said, here is my list: 7+ hours of sleep while waking up at the same time every day Drink enough water so that your urine is always clear Take a good high quality multivitamin, we like to think our diets are goos enough, but they aren't. As male stripper, I've been with hundreds of women. It's very easy. Even now that I have a normal job I can get one if i apply myself. I've gone MGTOW because of all that wasted effort and time thwt I put in just to get off. I could have learned multiple languages or guitar or read hundreds of books. I'm a big believer in the build it and they will come philosophy. I want to have more time to invest in myself. All that and I find women are generally very one sided in their ability to converse. I…

Ever hear of the Tibialis Anterior? It's a small muscle along the shin. Training it to get stronger it basically absorbs kinetic shock from movement. Really helps protect a knee issue. Also, if the knee bothers you while decelerating or decending, strengthing the hamstrings will help. Any questions I can answer!

Last show I was at though, the bikini winners were actually very impressive and worked insanely hard at them gym.

Warren buffet, one of the world's richest billionaires had a 10 year bet with a mutual fund company about beating the rest of the market. The mutual fund commpany had hundreds of highly paid pros actively manage everything for 10 years. Warren put it all in an index fund and ended up whooping them. My advice would be to save enough for an emergency fund, then a self directed account in to a tax advantage account and invest in a low cost ETF or index fund

thank you! Well, I was a high level judo player for most of my life, I was insanely skinny and on my 13th birthday my uncle got me Arnold schwarzenegger's encyclopedia of bodybuilding and I literally spent all summer and half the school year obsessing over every detail in it. I got in to the gym, made gains and got way better at judo. I found it helped me be more confident, attract girls at a young age and improved my life for the better. I wanted to be a trainer to test myself, for me, I enjoy …

Your split is fine, it's very common and a lot of people have had success with it. With that being said, I feel for someone who is new AND looking to lose weight, a full body routine would be a better option for you. You will burn more calories and only be focusing on the big compound movements. But, if you like doing the bodypart split, do that! That best program in the world is one that you will stick to. You can still do the traditional weightlifting routines and then work on losing the exces…

420 got it right, also if you do any overhead pressing, if the weight isn't near a 1 rep max, you can try an overhead shrug at the top of the movement. Deadlift in my opinion will be the best option for building big traps though, you could also consider heavy farms holds/walks if you have a hex bar. Oh and another poster delt exercise would be to do reverse flyes in the pec deck, keeping your arms mostly straight and only going out until you make a T with your arms

One thing that could work if you're squatting less than 315 would be to look in to a simple 5x5 program, that's a full body routine but you could in theory just squat in it (although I would suggest doing full body) With that being said, focus on small progression in weight weekly or bi weekly. If you choose not to do the 5x5, a technique you could try is pause squats, so at the bottom/hardest part of the squat, you pause there for 5-8 seconds and drive upward as powerfully as you can. That coul…

Yeh I understand about worrying about too complicated. The keep it simple method is good. Just because something is simple, does not mean it is easy. Like 420 said, stick with deadlift, squat, pullup/dips, bent over row, bench press and overhead press. With these exercises you can built and incredible physique. I would honestly try a 3x a week full body routine using all of those, try to add more weight every week or more reps (if you get 15 reps, add more until you can only do 8 and repeat) and…

Well, it certainly IS possible to gain muscle while intermittent fasting. The annoying thing with nutrition is that you can literally find studies proving anything, there generally is NO consensus as to what the best diets are. With that being said, some are easier to make gains on than others, doesn't mean they can't work though. With that being said, If you're currently not exercising, I think it could be reasonable to assume that you could gain mass assuming your nutrition while eating was on…

So, fasting if done in a controlled manner can put you in to a state called ketosis. I myself will fast for 4 days at the end of a month. It really can help with some cognitive benefits. With that being said, I have studied this stuff for years and I understand a lot about it. I would not suggest doing a 28 day water fast. You will certainly lose weight, but it won't be for good, and it certainly has the chance to really hurt you if you don't break the fast properly. Look up a man named Dom D'ag…

Yep, YRP answered it perfectly. The thing I would add is to write down everything you eat for one week, and weigh yourself at the end of that week. If at the end of the week you are up weight and you're trying to cut, lower your calorie consumption by maybe 200 and repeat. If you don't have any barbells at home, I would at least try to get a weightbelt and some plates so you can add in weighted pullups and dips. You can also look in to trying to attain a front and back lever, korean dips and may…

Yeh the timing of the shake is important. If it's in the morning before breakfast that could mess things up a bit. Generally if you're just having the one a day, I would do it right after a workout and on days that you don't, mid afternoon or in the morning if you modify it with less sugar and use natural peanut butter instead hope this helps

Well, I really focus on knowledge. I don;t really use the scripts my gym gives me at all. People care about results, not if they should worry about biarticular muscles or pennate muscles lol (random example) So I usually give a free session and ask what their goal is and then wreck them. Fix their probably garbage squat and deadlift, show them how to reach their goal and how I help them etc. Being valuable to them is the key in my opinion. Too many people decide to be trainers because they prepp…

I'd take the BMI with a grain of salt, it's an outdated system that has passed its days as useful. Yeh, nutrition is going to be the hardest part for a person built like you, your appetite is probably fairly small. The first thing I would suggest is make SURE you get a big healthy breakfast, it's going to help you get some more calories in, even if you hate breakfast, do it anyways. In addition, invest in a high quality weight gainer that says supplement facts on the back (not nutrition facts) w…

Yeh Ben makes a good point. Another option wpuld be to look at training a muscle called your transverse abdominis. Basically it's job to to help with posture and bring your navel closer to your spine. It shrinks the waist in a way

Aside from getting a trainer, one of the best ways to learn how to exercise is in Arnold Schwarzenegger's encyclopedia of bodybuilding. It gives fantastic directions on all the important exercises.

No problem bud! And don't be afraid of breaks of up to 5 minutes on the squats. 3 minutes is usually enough though. Enjoy!

It certainly could be. An option would be do build up bodyweight chins to 10 reps. And then each workout do 3 sets of 5 reps with weight. Starting at 5 one workout. 7.5 the next and so on. It's slow and boring but will help in the long run. That's from a world famous program called 5x5

One really nice trick is to learn food prep. Take an hour or so on one day like a Sunday and make your lunches and snacks for the week. Might get a bit boring but it's better than nothing. Also, get a multivitamin

Well, abs are made in the kitchen so I'd start with checking thst first. If you need more info on that stuff I can explain in another comment. Jogging is what's known as steady state cardio. What that means is if your resting heart rate is 60, steady state will keep it consistently at maybe.....80 or 90. The point being thst is stays fairly steady. An alternative that would be easier on the joints would be intervals on a bike, rower or battleropes. 20 seconds as hard as you can, and then dependi…

I've been mentioning it a lot on other comments, but without weights I'd say hanging will certainly help. Work up to 2 minutes, then try 5 second with 1 hand. Work up to a 30+ second one arm hang. Once you can do that, use a towel and hold on to that while hanging. As a precaution, you need to take care of the extensor muscle of the forearm. Easy trick is to put a thick or multiple elastic over your fingernails and expand your hand...assuming now weights of course. Be sure to stretch after grip …

Work on hanging first. A dead hang with your shoulders as far away from ears as possible. Grip strength is a huge limiting factor. Once you can hang for 1 minute, cheat yourself up to the top of a pullup position either by using the rack to step on or a partner. Once up. Try to stay there as long as possible, using your lats more thsn your arms if you can. Once you can do that for 1 minute, do negative pullups (lower yourself from the top position back to that dead hang as long as you can) once …

My pleasure! Well, without seeing you I can only give a general suggestion. The first thing I would get you to do is to try and hang for as long as you can for 4 sets. And by hang I mean a dead hang where your shoulders are as far away from your ears as possible. Our shoulder anatomy is made for brachiation (fancy term for hanging) there is a tendency to chase the pain. My elbow hurts so it must be my elbow causing the problem, whereas it's usually a surrounding area that is tight or weak etc. F…

So the first thing is suggest is drink more water, your urine should be clear. Secondly, I'd look in to a good multivitamin if you're concerned you're not getting everything you need. In terms of weight loss there are a 1000 schools of thought. My advicrnwould be to get a nutrition tracker and physically write down everything you eat and snack on for a week. After that week, you might notice you snack on something bad on weekends or whatever. I believe eliminating things slowly will help build m…
