| 3 | Daily Community Chat MegathreadHistory is generalized in broad strokes of societal trends but it doesn’t see individual actors unless their decisions or actions make a huge impact on the world. All that is said because I talked to my grandpa (korea veteran) about some of his thoughts about growing up and he said the people in charge all lied and he had to figure out what he could do to make money and gtfo of the army since he knew they were all bsers. | 1 | Hypergamy does not affect men as much as people think it does.Basically a really small percentage of the population is boinking one heck of a lot. The rest are barely at all. The combination of statistics are really weird though - implying that there are just a super small subset of women having a huge amount of partners and most others having very few partners at all and a larger subset of men sharing the same partners so…. Oooh wait…prostitutes. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/02/22 04:52 PM |
| 2 | Have standards for mens bodies gone way up since gym culture boom?Just a quick pop in about how huge they are - No Chris is not huge most actors usually just lean. He’s probably like 180 in Thor - doesn’t mean he is not on sauce or not jacked but almost all his shots where he is supposed to look big are mostly angled really well. The Rock is probably one of the only legit “big” guys in Hollywood at the moment. Listen to the armchair expert episode with Rob McElhenney and Kumail Nanjiani - pretty eye opening on how “big” these guys actually are. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/01/22 06:56 PM |
