Invest in realestate for passive income and its also a good idea to invest in crypto. Since its literally the future of finance. Kinda late now honestly crypto just boomed. XRP is the only thing that really hasn't but it's market cap is already pretty high. Realo is area dependent but atm i'm on the side lines cuz the current market/ environment with eviction bans.

Financially? Maybe I can pitch a plan for this. A lot of people are always trying to flex on another. It's silly, that's why people are always broke. Depending on your salary you could live frugal and save up. I mean really how much money do you really need to get a loan on a house? 20k? 30 or 40k? Or a disease or some kinda health issue that you dont have full control over. That is a curse. Maybe it's bad to the point no matter what you do (improve your wealth, self etc.) there is no hope in achieving the thing you want the most. Most certainly can be a curse :(
