I really can't tell if the caption is sarcasm, irony, or some unfamiliar attempt at comedy... and am I scared? Heck no! This looks fantastic to me! I don't see these ladies waiting for anything. Look at those sweet boney smiles! lol

I'm sorry this happened to you. I cried after my first time with a guy. He thought it was a stupid thing to do then wanted to go get a burger. 3 months later he cheated on me, lied about it, then dumped me. Yeah, a winner.

My last boyfriend, 20 years ago, checks all of these boxes. The coercion was relentless. This was also happening during a time of deep pain in my life due to family losses and a wrenching move. Dude showed up for coercive booty calls even after I broke up with him. I feel so so sad for the woman that I was...no boundaries, no "permission" to say no and make it stick (thanks, codependent family). I still feel the echos of that trauma, even today.

Usually, there's an air of reluctance and uncertainty about them. A kind of subtle sadness or disconnectedness. Best I can describe it. This is the vibe that the lonely/desperate/vulnerable give out? I think this is me :(

A classic in my family. The vocabulary of virtues that men are thought to have are off-limits to women. While the vocabulary of vices that women have is long and vicious. I should make a list just to get it out of my head.

This is really messing with my head..to realize that my mother has some shades of this behavior. I never knew what what going on with her but now I have a different framework and realization. More awful, she uses Christian teachings to support this.

Okay, silly but real question: I understand the concept of being confident, but I haven't figured out what I'm supposed to be confident about! I have moderate to terrible self esteem, it's a constant battle. And I rarely feel confident. I feel competent sometimes, in that I believe I can complete tasks to a satisfactory level, but that's about it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
