FYI the frontal cortex thing is mostly pop science myth based on an outdated study. The prefrontal cortex can 'finish' developing at any point around 20-30 years old, for some even earlier or later. And it says nothing about the capacity of the brains which also never stop changing throughout life and then start decaying from 30 upwards. There MAY be a big difference. There is a also a big chance mentally the 18 and 23 year old are at the almost exact same stage. The younger one could even be more developed. Humans are incredibly diverse. In case of adults, age IS often just a number and says nothing about the individual. Others are in college until their late 20s, or in training. Others repeat school. I might not hate 'most' women, but i see bad behaviors from many that are just not addressed by society. On the flipside i am very sick of men enabling these behaviors as well, what commonly is refered to as 'simps', but that behavior among men is also very universal. Fake empathy for real womens struggles all around to get attention. And women just do the same to get attention on social media and conform to their group. Both genders do it. I thought of that one instantly as well. To me it just seems like an attention seeker that found their niche. Maybe it is a stereotype bias of me because i think lots of tattoos are a sign of one.
