The program is mostly dumbbells and barbells, there are few machine exercises, but I’m sure you’ll get a hang of it! Everyone was a beginner at some point Sounds great, yoga and fresh air can also really help on the mental part. And exercise really does too - you can’t feel bad after exercising! I’ve always struggled with my body image, but putting myself out there and doing something to achieve the body I wanted really helped

I would definitely recommend it if that’s what you’re looking for. You’ll be so glad you started! You can always combine with cardio for more health benefits if you feel like it! If you’re in doubt about some of the exercises, you should watch some videos on how to do it. It really helps :)

I’ve followed strong curves for over half an year now, and I really love the program and how it has shaped my body. I have an even nicer butt, toned arms and back, and my legs are looking real nice too! I used to do stronglifts with a lot of compound exercises, and while I did lift heavy, it didn’t tone my body like I wanted to. I read the other day that it can be because you are trying too hard around the girls you are actually into, while you can be more confident and comfortable around the girls you're not trying to impress. Maybe you get nervous and have a hard time showing off your best sides because of this. You say you're not clingy but it could be the fact that you invest too much time and come off as desperate
