And still you'll find many say this and similar places are toxic; nonsense. I was profoundly touched by your story and we are all here to help and support man in similar situations. Many years ago I was and it helped me tremendously. Cheers.

Yes. Emotions on deck is a kind of inferenced dependence on others. If I can add to your comment about being a captain, I would add not being a survivor... The last meaning you let the outside decide for you what the outcome would be.

Very well said. If anyone around you (you think close) can't take a single moment of potential weakness.... they are not relationship material. As I've heard before, it easy to be around someone when everything goes well, it's another when shit hits the fan.

How many times have women told me : you're a robot.... And I always replied that I'm no robot but in control of my emotions because that's how a man deals with tough times... Most if not every time, these same women have stuck around until I decided they weren't inline with my goals and life's mission. All this to say, being and remaining in control is work, it's hard and requires trumendous dicipline. But in the end, you're ultimatly seen as strong. Go lift, get better at what you love and move…

Et voilà! I left my LTR 6 years ago and the relationship with my son is very good. Now that he's older we had the chance to talk about this and I'm pretty sure he gets the basics. It even gives me the chance to teach/show him what life is about... fuck we even lift together now. So stop saying AWALT... Be the man you have to be.

Well said. If at any point in a relationship you feel you have to let go of Yourself, it's not good. Own the fact you are yourself and you have a life of your own and sometimes willing to share it. As said so many many times in TRP, she's a complement to your life.

Good for you... but don't forget to fucking own it. You're post seems to have layers of hesitation. Brother, fuck hesitation and be the best version of Yourself. It's not only about doing, but profoundly believing. As said by others, fuck anger and resentment! These are all a waste of time and effort. Reset everyday and you'll feel much better.

Very well said. I still remember the days when I was thinking about why a girl took so long to answer a message or something. Now I do what I do and good if she replies or interacts in a timely matter. If not, I keep going my way. Simple when you think about it. When you really focus on your shit and forget about frivolous expectations, everything becomes very easy and straightforward.

My sexual attention is cheap I will fuck anything. My nonsexual attention (my time outside of sex) is my valuable asset. This is some powerful shit.

...cutting my covert contracts and validation seeking. I reset daily... Said like a true champion. This is exactly a key in my current LTR and the benefits are tremendous. As said later in your post, go one step at a time... dread kicks ass! And don't forget to keep following her cycle, makes the world of a change when you "know" what's coming up. For example, I know my girl feels like shit for few days right after her menstruation. I then just take a step back for and boom. Keep working, great …

I know it gets reiterated a lot on here, but I wanted to share my own personal experience You know what? It's post like these that make us remember to be the best version of ourselves! I'm 44 and been lifting for years and all you say is on point! Keep lifting to get bigger & keep reading to get smarter! You rock brother.

Good description of frame... but my perspective is just a bit different... Frame : its about your decisions and actions and not about how you think people will react to what you say or do.

hahaha I just love that quote... ... ALL males need to read 3x: at age 16, then again at 25, then again at 33. then, pass it on to your friends/kids... These books fundamentaly changed my life a few years ago. I am now re-reading them and slowly passing key information to my 14 year old son. In time I'll just hand over the books for him to read. It's that simple. Come college, he'll be a fucking rock star ; )

Jesus Christ that's well said. Remember back when going RP in my LTR and EVERY SINGLE SMALL VICTORY made a difference. It's so easy to bring down those who start... Keep going forward OP, less is more but please go lift and get the fuck out of the house once in a while. Don't forget to upgrade your clothes and walk like a fucking King. She'll notice, trust me. After 2 months of working on my LTR I could already see a big difference, little fitness tests here and there but way different than what…

Great post and great question. For one, the kick in the butt came after a fucking shit test in my LTR (at the time I had no clue). She said something like "What do you think your weaknesses are?" and just pressed on. I played the question like an idiot as had no clue what I was doing really and the argument started after that. At that point (the next day) I simply asked myself "What the fuck are these questionnaires?" Searched the Net for a while and fell on a post from Rollo Tomassi. I still re…

I rarely answer these types of questions, but I'd like to add a detail here for you. Kino will "usually" help if she's into you, but we can't literally say AWALT for 100%. Example, my girl isn't a very touchy person. When I met her the first time I used kino with low results... So instead I flipped my approach and focused more on eye contact, conversation skills and that's when she started opening up. We've been seeing each other for more than 2 years now and I can guaranty that's how she is. Sh…

Same here... Well I used to read science fiction, but since TRP I'm eating these psychology books... Better understanding ourselves is tremendous strength.

Ingrained habits of thought require concentrated effort to break. Hell yeah Brother. The point is to be aware. Aware of the game, aware that what she does is more important than what she says. Aware of your frame, taking your time to answer, saying more using fewer words and so on. That was my big take out of TRP; being aware and doing less but better; Not just doing for doing. Do less with women, talk less, message less, want less and the more you'll get...

Get ready for winter it's goddam cold. In as very fucking cold - 20 Celsius is common. As for people? He'll no, girls get even hornier as they know they'll be close to a fireplace or something for good times. So no worries there. You get used to it though...

I'll keep this short as possible. When you read/learn/listen/etc. Just take the information in at first then reflect on it. Learning and Experience isn't only about time but also about applying your values and knowledge on and around information. As you relate consumption and reflection (as in thinking deeper on the subject) you'll become much stronger as you'll be able to focus on the information itself and not distortions about is it good or bad, true or false. Focus on reflection. Once you do…

Reply of a champion. She is in a position where she has agreed to be vulnerable... Exactly my inner thought as I was writing my comment. If you show vulnerability to a woman already in that state or close to, its a sex bomb waiting to explode. What do you think happens after grievance or AA meetings?

Not sure about this one (LTR of around 3 years). I remember talking to my girl about some really hard times with my father as a kid (maybe 2 or 3 times in 3 years). When she thought I was a bit cold or tough in a particular situation - not like a broken record or anything. And maybe it's me or the way I presented it (nothing too dramatic or long - still showed strength through it all), but I didn't see this approach making her closer to me, more submissive or wanting to "nurture" me, such as pre…

The only thing I can say to this is that you start loving and caring for someone else more than yourself. Suddenly, your goals change, your values change. You start seeing the world through a different lens; at least for me.

If there's one thing I can say is this. Find, build and follow your values. For myself I will always fight for my core values and ultimately that's what makes me a man, authentic and true. I'm naturally more alpha than beta and by no stretch do I change for others. I will adapt but not change. If this means loosing a girl, a friend or even someone in my family, that is how it's going to be. My core values came from my parents and in time from personal experience. For example, even if a dominante…

First and foremost, you need to talk about it, but only right after sex. NEVER talk about this when she’s “normal.” Right after sex women are more compliant. So bring up the subject, no pressure whatsoever time after time and eventually one will say OK... but go slowly. The point is to be very progressive, relaxed about it, but still insert dominance in the conversation. At some point you have to make it a potential deal breaker if they don’t comply. My current girlfriend fucking hates it, but f…

So true as this is exactly what happened in my last LTR. It wasn't sudden but very gradual to the point where I totally blame myself for letting it get there. It's part of the RP process. You learn. Now I'm much wiser and having taken the RP rules, it's an incredible upgrade.

Excellent question and here's my point of view... I'm in an ~3 year LTR and I mostly, if not always, focus on things that are good for me. We don't live together so maybe it's a bit easier that way, but I do sometimes help her out with some things "if they are beneficial to me" at some level. For example she had trouble with her pool... so instead of just saying fuck it, I helped out as I love swimming and usually use it also. Benefit for me, so then I help. Another view is with anal sex. She to…

Great post. Makes me think of back in my past LTR (many years back), I finally got the catch when my SO gave me lists of shit to do... Very simple stuff really, but this will make it very concrete for guys out-there that aren't sure how to apply this in their classic day-to-day boring LTR moments. I used to be that guy who said sure baby let me do these. And so I would take care of the list. I would do everything and feel goddamn good about it when it was done. It all sounds great. But... One ti…

Highly recommended... I simply state a ridiculous comment about their PMS or something and most usually they'll say what the... and then get the info and simply ask for it. Just play with them and you'll find its pretty easy.

I can only say (older guy) they're fucking animals in bed as they continuously try to justify their usually fucked up situation in society; whatever... Kids always come first so it's super easy to have other plates around. Remember... the links... men>women>children Nothing negative really, but that can depend on how many kids they had and how they came out ; ) Have fun and make sure you keep it sexual... nothing more.

First, I want to say be strong and hold on to your convictions. I also went through something similar with a kid and when I decided it was over, it was over. I said fuck to sooo many things... such as being an ATM, a provider, doing all the boring shit around the house and dealing with her family issues. After a while, the dust settled and we remained friendly for my son but nothing more. On occasions she calls and starts talking shit... I just hang up and keep doing my things. I told her very c…

A bit intriguing out of curiosity maybe... but most girls I've met ultimately don't care. Spend your money on growth options instead, training, lifting, books, investments...

And I usually include their menstrual cycle in that reminder to keep control. Structure partly increases dominance.
