3	Eye contact from a distance creepy or 'seductive'? Straight back, chin up, be natural with eye contact (would you stare down an old lady or the janitor from 20 metres?) You can hold it for a few seconds, tops, and resume w/ some sort of comment, but holding it for a while without any other interaction seems complicated.
