Practically everything at the highest levels is genetic because it requires you have certain advantages and even if it’s not humans don’t have free will. However what you do still matters. I’ve been into self development for 8 years at this point which lead me to making a lot of $. That’s besides the point though. Without the money I’m not smashing dimepieces. I agree that relationships work out better when male SMV is higher. Yeah probably over half the guys on there don't have money or are fake. Maybe 30% real at best, and of those 90% are totally unattractive. More nuanced reality is that women don't usually act on hypergamous tendencies, only when the risk/reward ratio is good and it is likely to improve their lives or they are making a bad decision that actually hurts their future prospects. Depending on the situation this may not actually happen too often. Bonding mitigates it, her being more honest/humble also mitigates it, lack of options/temptations also limits it.

Yeah you're right, it confirms that they need to lower their standards and can't get the same guys anymore. My point is just that they adapt to the new situation and it's not much of a "punishment" for them as some guys would imagine. Especially if she was a 9 to begin with.

There are definitely plenty of really attractive women in the 30-35 range. In fact some get hotter because they fix certain major flaws with plastic surgery or get in the best shape of their lives. They generally work out a lot, have good diets, didn't do too much partying, haven't had kids, and most of all have good genetics. There are also some that don't have any of those traits but just good genetics and just look good anyways, though that applies to every age bracket.
