Funny story, I actually screwed myself over since i needed a rental recently with 2 cars in the shop and went to the airport and was unable to rent the car because I have no credit card anymore. Walking is fine. You can get a weighted vest and throw that on while you walk your 2mo too. It depends on your goals - for you it sounds like strength is #1 so the conditioning is a tool to supplement the lifting, help with recovery, increase work capacity, etc.

These look silly, but doing these 2x per day helped clear a bout of patellar tendonitis I had in my right knee about 1.5 years ago. It is slightly painful, but I did use my arm to help with the concentric portion to lift myself up. Thanks man, I will have to check them out - I haven't ventured too much into BB Medicine's stuff besides seeing Jordan Feigenbaum and Ausin Baraki put up crazy numbers at lean bodyweights. I know it's possible for me with time, effort, and consistency. I think the guys on here with those higher totals sub 200 BW are here and there, but far in between. You're at 1100 @ 180 now yeah? Yes, I'm not a powerlifter though so not something I train. I'm pretty weak now from a lot of accumulated fatigue but mainly from temporarily losing the skill of lifting limit weights but it will come back quickly.
