How would you feel if your significant other threatened divorce in order to see if you would fight for them? The only way to respond to manipulative people is to call their bluff without an ounce of emotion. They seldom know how to react to stoic responses because they generally reside in chaos. You don't negotiate with unhinged emotional terrorists when you know your value. Also, avoid marriage to remove any threats of divorce in your life. | /r/MensRights | 17/12/23 11:52 PM
Why in bloody heck would a man want to get married in this day and age?Lola, she argued that they lived together during vacations overseas! | /r/MensRights | 17/12/23 09:32 PM
Why in bloody heck would a man want to get married in this day and age?I stopped wondering after I discovered the 7th casual hookup since this summer was yet another "happily" married woman. Met most of them from my local gym in a prominent area. They all initiated every step of the way to the deed. It's turned me off entirely from casual hookups now because I don't want a random disgruntled husband to ring my bell. Marriage isn't a wise decision because it just makes breakups life ruining (*even life ending for some). | /r/MensRights | 17/12/23 08:58 PM
Attractive wealthy men, single and not looking?37 lawyer here, standing at 6'2 at 214 lbs, and in the best shape since my college years. You're not alone, OP. I chose peace and quiet in my life 4 years ago by adopting no relationships/cohabitation lifestyle. My family and friends still don't believe me after all these years. | /r/MensRights | 11/12/23 01:50 AM
I cringe at idea of marriageI've been there for 15 years, and I can't see myself volunteering back to the plantation ever again. Peace and quiet is priceless in my late 30s. I got my abs back for easy hookups every other month when the mood strikes. Being surrounded by women around my age who all want to settle down now opened my eyes when I noticed all the manipulation tactics they unashamedly use to push themselves into my life. As a result, I've decided to live my life comfortably without relationships or cohabitation. … | /r/MensRights | 16/10/23 09:02 PM

One of my friends has to pay alimony to his ex indefinitely, and I think it's insane.I know the feeling all to well with my ex and 3 kids. The burden the divorce put on me changed my soul to the core. I am in that crappy apartment across country simply for the opportunity to see my kids even after getting bled financially by the divorce process. Luckily I work mostly from home so I could move to be closer to them. I really wish no other man ever goes through it. I can never advocate for marriage because the risk is always present no matter how unique you may think your relations… | /r/MensRights | 15/07/23 09:56 PM
Matriarchy VS “Patriarchy”True enough. That's because you will never hear any father require reverence for his familial role and simply handle his business quietly, which explains why most only realize his value in hindsight or after his presence is removed. | /r/MensRights | 22/06/23 06:11 AM
Matriarchy VS “Patriarchy”The lower socio-economic classes in the US showed us a prime example of a matriarchy over the last 2-3 generations with a matriarchal grandmother leading most families. It failed terribly and produced a higher than average number of emotionally unstable young men and women as a result. It also showed how obviously important a father's role (patriarchy) is in raising families. | /r/MensRights | 22/06/23 06:02 AM
I woke up early today, on a day off, and sat on my deck listening to the birds. I love being solo.Nothing is more precious than peace and quiet. You enjoy it, buddy! | /r/MensRights | 21/06/23 02:12 PM
Happy Father's Day!Happy Father's Day from a father who's not able to see his 3 kids whom he raised from birth, took parental 6mths leave for each, and started to work from home to raise but can't see anymore because their mother asked for a divorce then decided I can't see them anymore without more legal woes unless I take her back. Enjoy your time with your kids, I know I will this time next year since Istarted on having more kids after 3 years of not seeing my older ones and will be able to enjoy time with some… | /r/MensRights | 18/06/23 11:04 AM

No home for you. Kevin Costner vowed to have ironclad prenup after being left homeless from first marriage. Why worry about something that will ultimately harm you? And why would anyone who cares the slightest about you put in harm's way for their selfish personal reasons? | /r/MensRights | 17/06/23 03:59 AM
How is using "the best interest of the child" to force a man who DNA shows is not the father, to continue paying support, any different than just pairing any random man with supporting any random child? It would be just as much in the interest of that child wouldn't it?If they genuinely want to stop single parenting, they should allow the child to remain with the parent who's more financially stable for a better opportunity at life instead of forcing them to subsidize the other's lifestyle. | /r/MensRights | 11/04/23 10:59 PM

It would be just as much in the interest of that child wouldn't it?they're going to move to just assigning men children to pay for because that's exactly what they think of us: ATM's who exist for no other purpose but to give resources to women. We're already doing this with our tax money that fund single mothers and programs geared towards them. | /r/MensRights | 11/04/23 10:38 PM |

A father has had full custody of his child for a year and a half and the judge in his case won't award him child support even though mom is working. In addition, another person warned him seeking child support could cause a judge to change custody to mom.And the Courts claim their decisions are for the best interest of the children, smmfh! | /r/MensRights | 02/09/22 02:06 PM
