Not directly though. It might get the cop agitated and looking to ticket you for the first possible offense, but cursing at a cop will not get you in trouble directly. It is your right to free speech. The only way you can get arrested for cursing at a cop is if you incite a crowd, and cause a public disturbance. The cop would arrest you for disorderly conduct.
