OYS 29 40 years, 180cm, 69,6 Kg, BF 16.3% (scale), kids 3 and 1 year, Training maxes: Sq 92 Kg, DL 118 Kg, DB Bench 62 Kg (new exercise) Look as good as possible Sick in the week and missed two sessions but still managed to progress slightly on squat. I was surprised on the difference in mental state before and after the session I managed to get it. Before I was anxious in a way I haven’t been for long, it became clear that this is how I used to be before lifting regularly. Got feedback last wee…

I believe there was someone who left the papers with their wife along with a seperate document outlining exactly what they want from their relationship. They put both papers on the table, told the wife to choose one to sign… Isn’t this negotiating desire?

Love handles that grow a body. Your whole training and diet section is just full of shit. When are you planning to do the work, betch? What is missing? Except for eating more (that has been adjusted). You are just her little betch, admit it. It's fine, at least you might be able to bypass your huge ego, and do the work. Yeah i am still in her frame. Why do you think i have a huge ego? What work is missing?

Uhh. That's now how it works. You're the bitch here, not her. I know it is not the recommended way. Just sharing my experience. Maybe it’s just something different and that makes it work. You're an idiot. I might be. Why do you think so? For me it is something that sounds fun and that I regret not doing in my 20s and 30s.

OYS 28 40 years, 180cm, 69 Kg, BF 15.6% (scale), kids 3 and 1 year, Training maxes: Sq 91.5 Kg, DL 118.2 Last OYS was in the beginning of January. Since then I felt my life was mainly on track and that It was more worthwhile for me to act than to write. This week I sat down to get it done and no surprise, many areas I had little progress in. Look as good as possible Started a slow bulk in mid January at 300 calories surplus. Added a few Kg and then stomach flu twice and lost it. Then nothing rea…

Every time I pass a mirror I am still suprised by how good I look compared to before. I can’t even imagine myself at 12%. Would be so thin. It’s more a worry about never getting around to actually start building some mass and not spending time wisely. Lifts are increasing even when cutting, especially work capacity in general. Lately it is going slower. Hoping for big improvements here when I bulk.

Get the negativity out of your own head. This reeks of self loathing. You can’t be the prize while hating yourself. I know I am way to critical of myself. Still when I reread my post it is not obvious why you say that. Is there something specific or just your general impression from the tone? You’re living with covert contracts and expect your actions to be returned with a positive result. Again, something specific you could point out here? Thanks.

For 25 OYSs in do you see where your mental models suck? This is the kind of feedback I am looking for here. Please correct me if I misunderstand you. You are 'getting it.' The prize doesn't 'get.' True. This is something I am not living yet. Covert contract. Nothing authentic from your end. Then expecting her to initiate? Good sex is your responsibility. The cuddles are for aftercare and to praise good work in bed. I am suprised that she never initiate cuddles after sex, most girls do. I do thi…

I agree on everything you wrote that going out with the goal of making friends seldom works. It seems the friends I made as an adult has been during periods when I was obsessed with something and found environments with people who shared that obsession. My thinking is that the headings in my post maps to those exact objectives. The only reason you tell the GF is because shes the boss and you feel the need to keep the boss informed. It would be a bit autistic to keep what you do during the days secret, wouldn't it? If she have opinions it is good practice for me to stand my ground. Next time you have a goal, execute at least once so your OYS can have some useful FR in it rather than pipe dreams. My priority is to look hotter. I don't really care much for maxing lifts. To improve I need to lose fat and gain muscle. As guys here pointed out I was a complete wreck back then. I have improved somwhat but after a few good weeks sexuallly I got lazy. Realize I I have to get back writing OYS and do it weekly to hold myself accountable. Some big wins since last OYS. No weed No nicotine Decreased Porn use and masturbation massively. Thanks for sharing your experience. I had all the opportunity in the world in the beginning of my current relationship but I am afraid I have managed to screw it up. Would you mind if I asked you for some input in DM?

I made the mistake of starting down that path. I knew it would be hard, being a great Dominate is a lot of hard work. I grew as a man, father, leader, and friend. Thanks for taking the time to make these kinds of posts (you wrote it right?). It’s very valuable. Still I am not entirely convinced and need some more time to digest it but a few thoughts pop up. What is left if you remove validation, submission, reprocity and special sex acts? You say intimacy but to me all these are important components in a couples sex life and part of their intimacy. For example say you get a blowjob from your woman. Why exactly is this a pleasurable thing? One could say it…

Thanks. I needed to hear that. Especially the part where I should stop worrying about what she does or doesn’t.
