No school administrator is going to take his side over a teacher unless the school would be embarrassed publicly by doing so. In most schools you get a bad rep with one teacher and the rest of them will gang up on you for upsetting a peer. Unless they come out and tell you explicitly that is what they are doing in front of witnesses teachers can do pretty much as they please. I have seen students get escorted from classes for what looked like a polite debate. Only to have a professor call the campus police and claim the student was disruptive or in one case threatening violence.
