Can you give an example of how you think it would work? I think it sounds like a good idea in theory. But practice, it's difficult to see how it could often be achieved in any useful or equitable way. Leaving aside exceptions such as Christina Hoff Summers or Camille Paglia, feminism does not seem to be interested in fairness, equality, or compromise. It wants unconditional surrender. It's also a lot less clear cut than feminists pretend it is in other ways. For instance, in Elizabethan England, unmarried men were forbidden from holding public offices or taking on apprentices.
