0	Why expecations from men and women are different in corporate setting? Am I delusional? Any engineering manager here? I’m in IT for the last 25 years, in Scandinavia. My experience is that expectations are quite similar when the manager knows their employees, but sometimes managers (especially middle aged men) underestimate employees (especially young women) until they get to know them. 3	Where in the world can I go that I will matter? I think Scandinavia (where I live) might be worth a try. I think many couples here are truly equal, with mutual respect, they take exactly the same responsibilities for the economy, the family, the future, the social aspects and the intimacy.
