The sex is boring/lame/drab/dull/routineI've read NMMNG and WISNIFG. Here's what I've implemented: More decisive, dressing better, (used to be a slob), dropped 35lbs (20 more to go, should be at 15% BF at that weight), being direct and asking for what I want, I quit avoiding conflict, and have taken up reading. I'm hoping that when I get to 15% BF the sex gets better. | /r/askMRP | 08/03/17 06:29 PM
The sex is boring/lame/drab/dull/routineI love your blog man. I'm one of the #menofmarch, in fact. | /r/askMRP | 08/03/17 06:25 PM
Alternative to commonly given MRP adviceMakes sense. The "reinforce good behavior, punish bad behavior (by removing attention)" strategy. Thanks for sharing man. | /r/askMRP | 31/01/17 03:27 AM
I am woman, hear me roar!Cool story bro | /r/MarriedRedPill | 13/12/16 02:38 AM
I am woman, hear me roar!"Equality" is such a stupid buzz word right now. You're right. No one is "equal." | /r/MarriedRedPill | 13/12/16 02:38 AM
I am woman, hear me roar!Haha nice one! | /r/MarriedRedPill | 13/12/16 02:24 AM
I am woman, hear me roar!I'm mainly looking for ideas on this "I'm a woman! I can do the same stuff you do!" Type of stuff... | /r/MarriedRedPill | 13/12/16 12:28 AM
I am woman, hear me roar!Agree man. My wife told me the other day that if she took Judo for "awhile" that she could kick my ass. i laughed my ass off inside while just saying "okay honey." | /r/MarriedRedPill | 13/12/16 12:27 AM
"Apologize, just apologize, why won't you apologize?"Interesting to hear a woman admit that. Thanks for sharing | /r/askMRP | 02/11/16 07:18 PM
"Apologize, just apologize, why won't you apologize?"It's good man. Taught me to be the judge of my own actions and not let guilt trips or other emotional tactics influence my behavior | /r/askMRP | 02/11/16 07:15 PM
"Apologize, just apologize, why won't you apologize?"Great examples!! Exactly why I posted this | /r/askMRP | 02/11/16 04:36 PM
"Apologize, just apologize, why won't you apologize?"Damn man! Your response for #2 is phenomenal. For real thanks. That makes a ton of sense to me | /r/askMRP | 02/11/16 04:36 PM
"Apologize, just apologize, why won't you apologize?"Great point on how my changes bring about insecurity on her part. | /r/askMRP | 02/11/16 12:55 PM
"Apologize, just apologize, why won't you apologize?"Wasn't my intent to DEER but I can see how that statement can be interpreted that way. | /r/askMRP | 02/11/16 12:54 PM
DEERGood stuff. I went back and reread some of WISNIFG and NMMNG. I forgot how good NMMNG was. Thanks for explanation I appreciate it. Most everyone else's comments on this thread were a waste of time | /r/askMRP | 30/03/16 03:50 AM

DEERIt's been awhile since I've read WISNIFG. Do you know where specifically that book addresses it? | /r/askMRP | 28/03/16 07:32 PM
"I'm Sorry"Great reply. Thanks for sharing. It's taken me about 3 months or so to work that out of my system as well. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 03/02/16 03:07 PM
"I'm Sorry"You're such a badass | /r/MarriedRedPill | 03/02/16 03:05 PM
"I'm Sorry"You're spot on. "they are your feelings" is great. I will begin to incorporate that. However, I can see her replying "Yes they are my feelings, but there is 1 thing you can do to make me feel better and say sorry." She literally said that to me this morning as I was saying things like "I don't think I did anything that necessitates an apology and I'm not going to apologize and If I called you a bitch, or yelled/cussed at you then I would apologize, but I did neither of those things." How would y… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/02/16 09:40 PM
"I'm Sorry"cool man thanks for the insight. I've been taking my "no apology unless absolutely necessary" stance pretty seriously the last few months ago and that's why I'm digging in on this one so much. I see your point though. The pregnancy thing sort of throws a wrench in all this. For now | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/02/16 06:52 PM
"I'm Sorry"Basically what started this was a mistake I made at 2:00am when out child woke up. After she pointed the mistake(by saying "what the fuck just happened) out I said "oops, my mistake. I didn't know _________"I'll spare all the boring details. Then she asked for an apology. Then I said "I just said I made a mistake" with a slightly raised voice because it was 2am. Then this morning she starts demanding apologies. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/02/16 04:38 PM
"I'm Sorry"Thanks for the link. Clears up a few things. This is an area I need to get better at. I have noticed some anxiety on her part lately. Probably because of exchanges like this: Her: why are you wearing cologne? Me: There might be some hotties there. (upon returning) Her: you know...you better pass this board exam(I leave 3 nights/week to study) or I'm gonna think you're cheating on me. Maybe the dread is working...... | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/02/16 04:32 PM
"I'm Sorry"I was disgusted when I realized how much I said it on a daily basis. I mean seriously, probably 25 times a day. Maybe more. And for no reason. It's taken a few months but I've stopped for all intents and purposes. It still slips out on occasion for me too but I take it as a reminder that I still have work to do on that front. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/02/16 04:27 PM
"I'm Sorry"great point. I can answer your first question with a resounding no. It doesn't improve anything. It just shuts her up for a day until she's demanding another apology for something stupid the next day. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/02/16 04:23 PM
"I'm Sorry"I guess what I'm looking for is insight. I know how I feel about it but I don't really know if it's improving my marriage, which is something I also want also. I'm hoping that by improving myself it will also improve my marriage at the same time. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/02/16 03:52 PM
"I'm Sorry"Can you give an example of a comfort test and how to pass it? | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/02/16 03:42 PM
"I'm Sorry"I'll tell you what I've noticed too....since I've changed a few behaviors I've also noticed a lot of guilt that comes with it. Cognitive dissonance NMMNG talks about. It sucks but I recognize it. It's the old me saying "YOU CAN'T ACT LIKE THAT, YOU NEED TO BE NICE." Fuck that | /r/MarriedRedPill | 02/02/16 03:36 PM
Gents: 2 Issues I'd appreciate your take on.Her SMV is higher than mine. She thinks I don't have any options and she's probably right. I recently dropped 20lbs (245lbs down to 225lbs) but I want to drop 25 more. That would really help my situation I believe. I'm 35 and I've been lifting since college. I can bench around 300 on a good day. What I need is better nutrition and cardio. Thanks for this post it's very helpful | /r/MarriedRedPill | 05/10/15 10:19 PM
Money mattersMan same here. I own my own fucking business. My wife is a SAHM too. Before we had kids I made what she made in a year by May every year. I bet I hear shit like "someday we'll have nice furniture...look at that kitchen it's amazing...ugh I want a new dresser" and things like that. My attitude lately has been "if you don't like it, there's the door, go find something better." Right or wrong that's the kind of stuff I say to her. If I'm in a good mood I'll say things like "oh...yeah babe...how can… | /r/MarriedRedPill | 16/09/15 02:38 AM
Started lifting in the AM before work. Now the wife wants to...a boundary test? This is my prediction too. She goes once or twice | /r/MarriedRedPill | 09/09/15 11:48 AM
Started lifting in the AM before work. Now the wife wants to...a boundary test?Great idea. Your last paragraph is my main issue. How should I frame it if all the sudden she wants to go 2 days a week, then 3, then 4 etc.... I don't go everyday. Poor choice of wording. It's 4 or 5 days a week | /r/MarriedRedPill | 09/09/15 11:16 AM
Started lifting in the AM before work. Now the wife wants to...a boundary test?Let me clarify. My main concern is this: I've been going at 6am. My kids don't get up until 7:30 or so. (I know, they're amazing right?). So if she goes at 6am, I can't. On one hand I want to encourage her to exercise but on the other hand I don't want her to infringe on my gym time and I fear she will want to make her going at 6am a regular thing. | /r/MarriedRedPill | 09/09/15 11:14 AM
