2	So.... it worked? This post and comment section has an overwhelming "its true because the AI said so", so I want to set this straight. I work in the field and this is not how this works. The problem in this post was that historically there was a big bias towards men in the Amazon hiring policy. Now you can remove gender as a variable for your model, but because so many other variables are heavily correlated it doesn't remove the gender information from your dataset.
